Cons The GPS feature not always accurate for the map for clock in. Some times it does seem to freeze when you clock in and out. It is a useful and easy-to-navigate app, but the location restrictions and process for correcting missed punches could be more flexible. I have also used Paylocity as an RBT and appreciate being able to correct or submit missed punches more easily. With a few improvements, OnTheClock could be much more convenient for employees who work across multiple locations. Pros The app is straightforward and easy to use for basic clocking in and out. The interface is simple and generally works well for tracking work hours. Cons I did not like being unable to clock out when outside of the designated location. As an RBT, workdays can involve moving between clients and locations, so it can be easy to forget to clock out during a busy transition. I wish there were an easier way to submit or correct missed punches directly in the app rather than requiring additional communication for a simple mistake.
