It keeps accounts it together and it helps us out. Pros On the clock is an effective and efficient way to keep track of personnel across continents and time zones. Our company is remote first so we required this to process payroll more efficiently for our overseas employees. Cons If an employee forgets to clock out, sometimes it makes payroll difficult to figure out. Still, though, it is a better system than the alternative. I also like the user interface and how it makes things easy to find. My timesheets are easy to read and if there is a mistake it can be fixed with ease. Cons The geocode threshold is very hard to work with at times and will not refresh in time when I need to clock out quickly. I have had no complaints and its easy to check your punch history. Pros Its easy to use and to access. An associate can easily check their punch in/out history. the app shows in big highlighted font if the associate is OUT or IN. Very easy to use and manage. Great record keeping and keeps mew on point about my pay and time. Pros It's easy to use. Very simple and straight to the point. It allows me to know how much time I need to make up. Cons It sometimes doesn't register a clock out timely. I have clocked out but when i get ready to clock back in the next day, it didn't take. It made tracking my work hours straightforward and helped me stay organized throughout my employment. I liked being able to quickly clock in and out while knowing my time was accurately recorded. The system was easy to learn, and I rarely experienced any major issues while using it. It also gave me confidence that my hours were being documented correctly for payroll purposes. Although there are a few areas where the interface and performance could be improved, I believe OnTheClock is a dependable time-tracking solution that works well for both employees and employers. Pros I liked how simple and easy OnTheClock was to use on both my phone and computer. Clocking in and out only took a few seconds, and I was always able to see my recorded hours without any confusion. The interface was clean, which made it easy to navigate even for someone using the system for the first time. I also appreciated that it kept track of my work schedule and timesheets in one place, making it easier to verify my hours. Overall, the platform helped reduce paperwork and made time tracking much more convenient and organized for both employees and managers. Cons While my overall experience was positive, there were a few things that could be improved. Occasionally, the app felt a little slow to load, especially when using a mobile device or switching between different sections. I also think the design could be updated to feel more modern and intuitive. At times, it was difficult to find certain settings without looking through multiple menus.
