System is very basic and therefore, is easy to use. Easy to pull reports and enter information for employees.

Pros

Easy to navigate Does not seem to "go down"

Cons

Needs more options such as when you enter a schedule in the system, instead of notifying ALL employees, you should be able to select a particular group of people. Due to current setup, we are unable to use this function for our staff.

Pros

It's free to use, web based, geo fencing via IP or GPS (if set up that way), relatively easy to scale (but charges start scaling up also)

Cons

Not the slickest interface, reporting is okay (CSV). Integrations are limited (QuickBooks via CSV).

Overall experience was good until I found the mistake.

Pros

Customer support until I found an error in how ontheclock calculates overtime.

Cons

Overtime should not include paid lunch breaks.(30 minutes to 1 hour) Sick time should be accrued with a maximum allotted hours per year.

This program has truly changed my life and made it so easy to keep track of hours and export to Quickbooks where we do our payroll! I highly recommend this service, affordable and loving the new app so that my employees who work remote can punch in/out as well as keep track of there hours! Any problems-which have been very few, I have had no problems getting a hold of someone to help and very friendly!! Thanks so much- this makes business owners (and employees) lives a little easier to manage with so many other things we have to do!!!

On the Clock is a great platform for small business, easy to use and very functional. I can turn on or off many functions for my employees. Customer service has always been excellent, they answer every question every time with a solution or explanation of how the systems. I highly recommend any small business who needs a time card tracking system to use On the Clock, you will thank me.

Since we started using this software it has made payroll a much easier job. Not having to order a time clock nor time cards saves us money and having digital records saves space.

Pros

Downloading of time cards into quickbooks

Cons

Have not come across any major glitches as of yet. So no Cons yet.

Pros

Drivers can clock in anywhere, anytime. Easy to add job info to time cards. Printing weekly time cards with punches is a great feature.

Cons

Limited on what you can label jobs and projects. A little more difficult to set up the advanced features.

I have used On The Clock for over four years with no difficulties. Staff like the quick clock in and out and they find the ability to check their hours worked and accrued PTO is very helpful. I have found the support team to be most helpful and the response to questions is quick and accurate. I have recommended On the Clock to many of my friends.
