January 26, 2026 5.0 It's been helpful in reporting PTO and tracking hours. The ease of set up, making changes, correcting errors, etc is well worth it! Pros Easy to set up, user friendly site. We have a small staff with complicated scheduling. It's not always easy to keep track of hours worked Cons I have used online timeclocks before. It's so much better than punching a standard clock. Pros It is super easy to navigate! When I need to make manual changes, which often happens when managing people, it is super simple. Cons I haven't found a single thing yet that I do not like. A cool recommendation might be to add a reminder for users Mon - Fri, "did you punch in?" or Don't forget to punch out!" if there is an algorithm imbedded to track typical patterns for individuals. Easy to use and simple interface. I love how easy it is to switch between jobs. Pros I really like that you can create different jobs and it’s very easy to switch between them when you’re working. So you don’t lose time switching between one job another. Cons I don’t like the that you cannot edit your logged time. It is pretty user friendly on both the companion app and the website. Pros I like the ability to print all the timecards for the pay period with the separated by employee per page. There a a number of great export and print options available. Cons I wish there was a more convenient way to switch between my login as manager and my login as an employee. I like the mobile app and the ability to geofence and allowing managers to add flat hours. Pros Simple to use. Lot's of great features for a great price. I have used other timekeeping systems that are much more expensive and difficult to use. Cons I'm not able to find a way for it to calculate overtime by the week. The GPS system helps so employers know where you are when clocking in. Cons Sometimes it glitches and doesn't clock me out.
