It doesn't show who is clocked in in the mornings (about lunchtime, it catches up), as your servers can't handle the Australian time zone. I never have any problems with it. I love the fact that you can easily access past periods to see how long you worked. Pros It is easy to get into and clock in with. I have not had a problem in the month I have been using it. It just works awesome Cons I do not really have any gripes with the app, it was pretty user friendly from the get go. Maybe the fact that there are 2 screens to use sometimes to punch in, but that is really a stretch if you ask me. It keeps accounts it together and it helps us out. Pros On the clock is an effective and efficient way to keep track of personnel across continents and time zones. Our company is remote first so we required this to process payroll more efficiently for our overseas employees. Cons If an employee forgets to clock out, sometimes it makes payroll difficult to figure out. Still, though, it is a better system than the alternative. It fits my needs as an employee and I feel like it makes it easy on payroll as well. Pros I like the ease of use when it comes to clocking in and clocking out. I also like the user interface and how it makes things easy to find. My timesheets are easy to read and if there is a mistake it can be fixed with ease. Cons The geocode threshold is very hard to work with at times and will not refresh in time when I need to clock out quickly. I haven’t had any trouble clocking in and out for work. I’m able to find what I’m looking for in the app. Pros Easy to clock in and out and see my hours. I’m excited to be able to have access to seeing my hours at anytime. Cons The only thing I would like to see is the total hours I’ve worked during the pay schedule. I guess it depends on the company.
