It's been great for the most part. There are some glitches with the system, like not getting notifications when they are enabled.

Pros

I love that it's simple to use, and has a great mobile app. It allows for me as a team leader to pay attention to the most important parts of a lead.

Cons

I wish it had more automations and allowed to send batch text messages. I also wish it could include auto create newsletters/relevant emails.

Pros

Cons

Pricing can be high, especially for solo agents or small teams.

Overall, I find follow up boss is an integral part of my business. I don’t know if there is anything else out there that has matched up to following up and keeping track of clients. It is one of the best CRM‘s I’ve ever used.

Pros

I love how follow up boss has SmartLess task reminders and gives you a full report of what your day looks like. This really keeps me on top of things as I’m beginning to build my real estate business. It also helps with following up and following through with clients.

Cons

My least favorite part is the way the lists are generated.

Exceptional. Other service-based companies should watch learn and emulate the workings of the systems and the people at Follow Up Boss.

Pros

Our experience with FUB and its partners has been seamless, Their development and support teams are top-tier and extremely well-educated not only in the implementation and use of their own system but that of their tech partners.

Cons

Tough to answer. They haven't called to offer me a free year yet, so I guess there is that.

### "The Best CRM "

Follow Up Boss makes keeping track of my new leads and database very simple. They even help you upload new lists into your database for you.

Pros

I have been using Follow Up Boss for over 3 years and I have not found a better or easier to use CRM. I did try another company but it did not make sense to switch as Follow Up Boss has so many features I still have not used.

Cons

I have really have no issues with FUB. The system is easy to use once you play around with it. There are plenty of tutorials so you get get going.

I have only used FUB as my main CRM. Before I used The standard CRM that comes with Mojo Sells but this is more extensive and def worth the price if you have a good size CRM.

Follow Up Boss has been great. \[sensitive content hidden\] has been our account representative and is proactive in meeting with us to tell us what we can be doing better and utilizing at a higher level. We do pay to integrate SISU with our FUB making the duo unstoppable for our team.

Pros

FUB is simple which makes this the perfect CRM for a team. Most companies now are trying to be the one stop shop for everything real estate. When you focus on everything instead of one thing, you lose the functionality and being a master at one thing. The recorded call feature is also something we were searching for. FUB has definitely mastered the CRM game. After moving through 6 CRM's, we have found our home!

Cons

We were unsure of how we would like this CRM due to moving from a robust CRM that did contract management and lead management at a high level. There are no cons so to speak, just an adjustment.

The lead capture with follow up boss is an excellent tool that did grab our team a few leads. However, i find that the client management & email campaigns can be a little basic

Pros

Follow up boss is great for tracking down new leads. It will capture the client's information, rate them on a scale of how quickly they will be ready to purchase/sell (all based on their email address and internet use).

Cons

Not as many features as other client management software, but excellent in the features it does provide.

Pros

It’s very user friendly. I like how I can display my entire CRM at once, add tags to classify my contacts and send out batch emails with ease.

Cons

There are so many features that I haven’t had the opportunity to explore them all. The best CRM tool is the one you use properly — I just need to commit more time to exploring features and implementing them to support my business growth. I prefer the web browser over the app. The app is good for quick notes on the go but for batch emailing and reports, the desktop version is needed.

### "A few bugs that need fixing"

Overall good experience but not great. The platform has a few bugs that need to be worked out. For the most part everything functions correctly but its frustrating to just not know if something is going to work how it is supposed to.

Pros

I like that there are a lot of customization capabilities and the customer support is great. Nice to be able to collaborate internally in each profile. Pretty user friendly and easy to get started- not a huge learning curve as a user.

Cons

The tagging system wasn't reliable within the platform. Sometimes tagging an internal contact would work and they would get a notification and sometimes it simply wouldn't work at all. Very frustrating to have to follow up multiple times. Also- texts from clients show up in an odd way.

Cons

The Reporting functions it has works well, and is easy to understand and navigate. However it's only good for overseeing our employee's actions, and thereby view lead data. We have had to make our own external reporting system to understand a deeper level of reporting on Lead progression and overall learn from our data.

Overall I will continue to use Follow Up Boss and enjoy their service. If they correct the app, I think that I will never look for another system.

Pros

Follow Up Boss is user-friendly and can streamline your contact and calendar management. The calendar function is great and it links with your other existing calendars to show events so you aren't inputting multiple times across other platforms.

Cons

What I like least is the app. I believe they are still working out some issues; however, it is frustrating when trying to add an appointment on the calendar, and instead of setting it to the date you tap, it adds the appointment to the current date. You have to manually change the date - this should be an easy fix. I also dislike that my phone number is not linked to the account and I have to add a secondary phone number. I'd like to text & call directly from the app with it using my current phone number.

The capacity to have a number and not have to give out your personal number. Having the ability to track all communication between you and the consumer.

Cons

There are some "workarounds" expected for a portion of the more top to bottom highlights. It certainly takes some customizing to get it running perfectly for our real estate group. But overall its wonderful.

It was a good experience and I may return more sooner than later. The company I parted with utilized this software and I would recommend it to any size company.

Pros

The software was easy to use with more than enough bells and whistles. If you like convenience and don't mind paying the extra dollars for it then this would be ideal. Its great with keeping track of customers and clients. It auto populates the your contacts tracking their facebook page, their last address, phone number, and etc. I also like how the software can be intergrated to mojo.

Cons

The cost was my dilemma so newbies and those who aren't quite branded in the field yet might find the expense a bit much.

Pros

FUB is user-friendly for agents and for the administrative team. New features and upgrades are released often, and we appreciate that it continues to improve functionalities.

Cons

The inbox could use some more upgrades, and I know that their product team is actively working on that.

### "It's an addiction! "

Love it. Can't live without it. We are true believers. If it could jump out of the computer and make people make the calls is pretty much the only thing it doesn't do :)

Pros

It does the job it intends to - reminds you in a very easy and persistent want to do your follow ups! The dialer works great and provides recordings for future review.

Cons

The price. It's very expensive. However it's addictive - once you're in, it's worth it! The Ai component is helpful but needs work. It often isn't accurate.

Pros

We can easily customize things to fit us/how we work, but we would rather integrate something into our wheelhouse that will improve our existing successful process rather than to throw a wrench in the system and start from scratch

Cons

They are slowly but surely getting this ap/software updated with the things that marketers and normal businesses versus 100 + people sales teams use in their marketing tool belt. I like the ability to customize it but its still a bit buggy and bulky and still very much geared towards large teams v. the small business managing their contact database.

Overall it does a great job of managing my communication with leads and allowing me to schedule tasks that then sync effectively to my google calendar.

Pros

I really like the dashboard and the deals feature. It makes it easy for me to track my pipeline and sales success. I also like how you can text and email from within the contacts profile and how everything syncs with google.

Cons

I wish there was a better way to connect contacts together that are part of the same transaction within their profile. Right now you can connect them in a deal, but you cannon connect their profiles unless you create a custom field and then it is just a text entry.

Thanks Sarah! Definitely aware of the need for a solution to link contacts like spouses, etc. The challenge we've had in our research is that each potential solution has major tradeoffs in different areas. Either way, we're definitely aware of the issue and are actively looking for solutions to help! One thing you can try in the meantime is putting the link to the other contact in the custom field - that way it's more than just a text field which makes it easier to view that contact when you need to :)
