"Solid platform for ongoing learning and development"

**Pros:** LearnUpon makes it very easy to access training and ongoing development in one central place. I like being able to have courses assigned to me and always knowing exactly where to go for learning and upskilling. As someone who is consistently looking to improve and build new skills, having everything organized in one platform removes friction and makes it much easier to stay engaged with training.

**Cons:** At times it can be a bit challenging to quickly find the exact course I want to review. In some cases, I needed to request access to certain courses, which created a small barrier to learning. The overall experience could be more streamlined from a UI and course discovery standpoint. That said, it is not always clear whether this is a limitation of the platform itself or how my organization has configured it.

"Learnupon!"

**Pros:** Was easy to intergrate and use with SSO and was easy to manage and assign courses to users. as a user it was straight forward and simple

**Cons:** Limited integrations, unsure if this was a limitation of the software or our management team but aside from SSO we had nothing integrated not that there really needed to be
