Very good tool to have out in the field. Doesn't take up a lot of space and we are able to keep track of everything on the computer. Cons I want to be able to have different columns for different types of material. For example. Inspection of some tools need a lot of columns but I don't need the same columns to inspect a hammer. Did you know that you can link an asset to a Google Docs form that can be an inspection sheet that's specific for each item. That way you can address inspecting hammers with a short list of checks and more complex tools with a longer one. Pros I liked that it was simple and quick. There was not a large learning curve by any means. Cons I would like to have a printout of the codes all on one list and it might be available now but was not when I originally used it. It is also very easy to view all the equipment at certain jobs. It would be nice to know how to have assigned assets grouped above those not assigned...but then I also probably printed the labels so that some moved across the cell line and couldn't be used...so not in order. I tried to locate based on the bar code which I guess I thought would give me the location of where the item was on some secret gps..but that doesn't happen. It would be nice to be able to rotate the item picture when it's uploaded. It would be nice to know which sections would show up on the phone app so I made sure to put the item name where it would show first. Pros Once you learn how to use it, it's very easy. When I call Customer support they are always very helpful. Cons My only real complaint is that I cannot attach any documents to the items. I'd like to put in oil changes and repairs for vehicles and bikes but I was told there is no way to do that. It takes a little experimenting for different fields. The employees are aware of the system they tend to keep better track at the end of each working day. It seems intimidating to begin but one started it's not a problem. Perhaps a better onboarding team would have got me using this quicker and I would have picked the right product for our school. Pros This software is very easy to use and you're able to customize a lot of the fields. It works seamless from an iPad and the cost is affordable. Cons It would be nicer to have a slightly greater feature-set, and if the labels were a little bit smaller, more affordable, and there wasn't a limit at the price tag. We have 4 staff that are always in the field and at events, so it’s been helpful for everyone to participate in keeping track of items we give away, but when we realized we still have to do the math, we were bummed. Pros We love the scanning features. We have had better success in not running out of items at key times. Cons We need depletion for inventory software. GoCodes was a good first step, but if I have 1,000 pens and take out 218, I have to do the math and put 782 into the current inventory. I want GoCodes to do the math for me, and save me time. This has been the perfect tool for our sales team, to be able to track all the different inventory, The greatest advantage is it can be accessed on there phones!! This has been a true time saver. Its very user friendly, and easy to use! Love that you can upload your own images as well as put a pin on the map where the tag was last scanned, this has helped us locate and keep better tabs as well as organization to our inventory!! I personally have an iphone and like the feature where i can check in/ out multiple tags at once, I cant find that on the android version..?
