We initially set up the free account but found that it wasn't as robust as obtaining the Premium package. We were able to use this along with other software and tracking beacons to pinpoint vehicle and equipment locations at all times. The list of information that we were able to obtain beyond just location was amazing. The possibilities with software and hardware combinations could be endless. Cons It’s not really a fault of the company, but the price for us just couldn’t be justified. I just couldn’t sell it to my boss. However, we are a small to medium business. It's as simple as swiping my phone over the device and entering whatever notes I need to make ' for example, the date and destination of the patient transport ' for easy locating later. GoCodes also helps us to manage our equipment inventory, replacement costs, and preventive maintenance scheduling. The system is very user-friendly with an easy-to-understand interface. October 25, 2016 5.0 We needed an electronic system to manage our assets. We had been manually tracing assets with spreadsheets for too long. With GoCodes we can quickly and efficiently add and manage our assets in the system with ease with all the information we need. The use of the mobile app makes it even quicker and easier. We are also grateful that this is a cloud system, we certainly didn't want another in house system to have to manage and worry with. That's about it. They are timely in answering emails. Pros The gps feature. That is the only thing. But I didn't get pass that, since that was a feature I was looking for. Cons You can't add a picture, I could see where you can track the codes. I used other qr code apps where you can.
