Cons response from support is fairly slow and some things are still unresolved after over a year. Some functionality is obtuse, like a mail widget, it wasn't at all obvious how to get to the list of emails, I'd click on 'edit' and it wasn't there, I had to click on the list name. Pros \- The email deliverability is very good. There is less chance for the emails to land in spam folders. - The UI is smooth and doesn't need much help when configuring your first email. Moreover, I have never had to contact support for help. However, this may mean that either this platform is awesome, or I haven't used it enough. Pros I'm a software engineer and I have used Mailjet just as a connector for transactional mailing. It was super easy to find the appropriate configuration reference and add it to the project. What is more, documentation of proper domain configuration was written this way, that I was able to configure everything without a good background in terms of servers configuration. Pros You do not need to enter a valid company to set up an account, which makes it easier to test first before deciding to use this tool. We arrange a quite small list of customers (between 50 and 200) and just send frequently some mails. You can enter placeholder and fallback fields within the mail, choose different layouts and customize the mail in general. Cons I had some trouble with the lists, they vanished several times. But they reappeared after a few minutes. Took me a while to figure this out. Pros The templates are great and easy to use/setup. Competitive pricing, great customer service. Have not really had any issues with it, and the email marketing has been very effective for our business. Cons It gives you a certain number of emails per month, which can drive the price up if you go over that number. Good idea to check the different plans to be sure you are not spending more than you need to. It does not integrate automatically with paypal, but if you get Zapier that will solve the problem. However, time to check emails described above and the length of time to get off the delayed email function. Pros Like the feedback on bounces, blocks, unsecribe, etc.. Cons When doing the stats and checking all the bounces, blocks, spam, etc... It takes longer and longer for the pages to load. sometimes up to 30 seconds to load one page of 20 people and I have to go through over 2200 emails which makes it a time consuming task. And it wasn't always this way. Secondly, we cleaned our email bounces, spams, and blocks fairly quickly and it still took a while for MailJet to take us off the "delayed" emails.
