Since we were pretty inexprerienced, we needed assistance once and the mailjet team were very helpful. It does what it promised and that's what we need. May 17, 2018 4.0 I get to deliver lots of eMails for a low price. Pros Mailjets pricing allows me to deliver thousands of eMails each month for a very low fixed fee. I've used it for a couple of years now and have recommended it to friends. Cons I find some of the database management usability a bit clunky but thats a small issue in the grander scheme of things. I can say nothing about sending transactional emails through Mailjet, as I have not tried this feature yet. Pros My experience with Mailjet is rather positive. I've tried some other mass mailing platforms and I can say that Mailjet offers good value for money. Mailjet is quite easy to set up, template design tool gives you everything you need to create a nice-looking newsletter. The analytics gives you necessary insights into your marketing campaign. The support team was always quite responsive to my claims and willing to help. Cons The email sending limitation when you first start sending out mailers with Mailjet is one reason to be annoyed when you have a large customer database. It is not always easy to find out the reason why an email is blocked by Mailjet. However, for me the most annoying thing is that you may get kicked out of the system quite often for no particular reason in the middle of designing or manually sending out mailers. Client depuis 5 ans aucun soucis les 2 premières années depuis c'est catastrophique, sans savoir pourquoi avec la même liste d'email et campagne similaire, un coup c'est 98% d'envoyé, un coup c'est 70%. Service support inexistant (pas de téléphone ni de chat), seul l'ouverture d'un ticket permet d'avoir une personne qui en plus ne règle pas votre problème et surtout c'est très long. It's usually not a question of whether or not I can do what I would like to do on Mailjet, rather just a what to search in the API search bar. The site is user friendly and easily navigable. And in times when it could be confusing, the explanations, helper text, and tutorials offer great guidance. Cons The campaign dashboard doesn't quite have enough features for me. I would love to be able to send in extra data to sort by other than the campaign name, especially with transactional email. I can do all of the sorting on my own if I choose to save all the data in my server, but I'd rather be able to view the info where it is, in a more meaningful way to me. The template builder is very good and I love the module functionality. Analytics is also good. Cons We would love to have a landingpage and form functionality. This is the only thing missing making this the perfect marketing platform. Changes in text format and margins sometimes dont work out, even when they are shown in the builder. I wish there was a way to customize image padding (more than what's available, once it's been inputted in. Another function that can use some work would be the spacing between paragraphs. It would be nice to be able to create different spacing within the same text box without all of the text adapting to the same space size. Otherwise, uploading contact lists and creating email templates has been seamless. Pros I like that it's easy to use and pretty intuitive for first time users. Cons What I like least is you can't control the optimization of mobile design, that it'll automatically scale larger or smaller than a phone screen. You can't design for one platform (desktop) without considering how it'll appear on mobile, since it's not mobile optimized. It is easy to use and have all the tools an email marketer would want, to engage their potential prospect. Cons I don't find anything as of yet with this software, that I don't like as yet. " May 11, 2018 5.0 Email Autoresponder with good value. Has all the functionality I need for less cost. And it's fast. Pros I have used MailChimp and Aweber but found that Mailjet is a better value. They do most everything the others do but less expensive. Cons They are sticklers about bounce rate. My lists imported from other places had a large bounce rate. It wasn't a problem to me because the contacts were not bothered, but Mailjet kicked me off for 2 weeks because of it. It thought it was unfair. Also the reporting is the cleanest and best out of all free SMTP's. Pros Mailjet is a great SMTP for sending transactional or marketing emails to your subscribers. You get 6000/month with a limit of 200/day emails. I love the statistics reporting page which is displayed very well. Also, there is an option to add additional senders and than filter by the sender. All this you get as a Free user! But, there is one feature that shines better than most SMTP's and that is the "Autoresponder". Cons Mailjet really doesn't have any cons per se. However, I do think that they could make some of the backend features like SMTP and API a bit more user friendly, and consumer accessible. We have quite a large database of approximately 20,000 and the monthly cost is better than anything else we have seen - and the quality better than most. Pros The delivery rate to inbox was higher than we have experienced with other providers.
