Pros was very easy to setup and track outgoing emails. It is also has a free tier which is also a plus. Cons and similar products required some technical knowledge to setup. It can be difficult if you don't know what you are doing. May 22, 2018 5.0 Pros Maijet have great design and everything is where it should be. Most important things are on mail page and everything you should first to setup was notified on first page. Maijet have all what you expect from this service. FAQ, tutorials and explanations are great so beginners (like me) was successfully setup mail server. The reports are detailed. Everything is GREAT. Cons I did not need to contact the technical or customer support service because everything is working like it should (so just 3 stars - I not test it :)). The invoice from 20th Feb shows that my coupon for 12 FREE MONTHS was applied. This is the reason why I didn't expect charges for the next 12 month but I was charged twice already. This is a bug, issue, error in billing system!!! Their customer support said that it is my mistake not theirs and don't want to make a refund Pros No pros for this. February 19, 2019 5.0 Very positive, compared to sendgrid your support is very understanding and don’t seem to send out one fits all reply’s. Pros Before we struggled with our email distribution ourselves so looked for solutions like sendgrid but just couldn’t integrate all our systems flawlessly. When we discovered mailjet it was like a dream come true we had 1 issue with 1 system out of 14 but the mailjet support team were able to help iron it out. Cons I sent one campaign to my subscribers I imported directly from Mailchimp. Immediately before the campaign even went live I was banned. Since then it has been 4 months of me trying to get them to remove the limit on emails from my account. It was very wimple for me to set up my account, import my contacts and start mailing out. I've tried many other service providers such as send it blue, mailchimp, etc. Your pricing is also reasonable at matches the needs of a small startup company like mine. Cons I wished there was more email templates to choose from. It is also a bit difficult to update my contacts individually. lets say I have 5 contact list. When sending out a campaign, I'm not able to select more than one contact list. Thus if I'm sending the same content in my campaign to all of my contact list, I would have to create my campaign 5 times.
