Cons Functionality wise it is a very rich solution, the only challenge I have is seeing the unverified sender addresses or what emails are being sent from an unverified email, so I get a number of email suggesting I have reached the limit of the number of sender addresses on my account but I am unable to identify what email address is attempting to send the emails. I would say it is the best email marketing tool for small businesses. Cons No major cons, but the template builder may sometimes be just a bit as less intuitive, than the Mailchimp's one. When the time comes to upgrade, I will stick with Mailjet, as long as the quality is maintained or improved. Pros The complete nature of the software to assist a SME business to move forwards in its marketing efforts. Support is the best I have experienced for the 'basic' package. Cons The instructions and interface are not the easiest to follow for novice users of this type of software. Reason for choosing Mailjet The free part is more comprehensive, and lasts longer. Because I am working as a startup, mailjet kindly lets me send my first 200 emails for free. While I am hunting for my cash transactions, this is highly needed and appreciated. Cons Currently, I cannot think of anything that I do not like about mailjet. I think I will need to explore the more advanced functionalities first. The template designer was a great asset for some of our more non-technical users, and being able to save templates and have a starting point for monthly mailers were excellent. Cons There were really no major cons. I think some of the documentation could have been better for getting started, but once we spent some time figuring everything out, it's become a great asset. Paid account is affordable too for startups. Cons Quarantaine... I would like to have more tips to avoid quarantaine or to do better next time. Overall it could be a great system and great value for money, there's just a few fundamentals they need to iron out first Pros Once you get the hang of the templates they are easy enough to use Cons It expects you to be quite technical to understand it. Cons you cant select more than one list for a campaign. you must copy the campaign and send it separate for each list you have.
