Pros Dependability is the thing that shines the most, for me. I like being able to just "know" that it's going to work. It is easy to use and the limit for free accounts are very, very generous. As we grow, I very much plan to reward Mailjet by paying for an upgraded account. We don't have much time or resource to spend on EDM so the ease of use has been wonderful for pushing out information quickly and fuss free. Pros The power and simplicity of the editor, which made it easy to create what I needed very quickly without being bogged down by fancy wizard editors or complicated functions. Also the fact that it doesn't cost an arm and leg to send to a small base of 2000+ subscribers, particularly since we don't use EDM often. If my list grows large I would definitely consider one of the paid versions. Pros Everything works and very easy to use. Offers free service to try so there is nothing to complain about. Cons Not much, only small gripe is finding detailed information about the emails sent, i.e. opens, clicks however it literally only took me a few minutes to figure it all out. Pros It works well on getting mail out to my subscribers. I like the scheduling feature of mail and the ability to remove branding from my templates with the premium. It is easy to add users and also deliver mail to our subscribers. Cons The system logs me out while I am creating a template and the one thing in the template builder that frustrates me is there is no way to do a picture in a text block.
