Je l’ai toujours trouvé facile à prendre en main, intuitif et surtout rapide à utiliser. Évoluant dans le domaine du marketing, je maîtrise déjà les principes de base de l’emailing, ce qui a sans doute facilité mon utilisation de l’outil. Néanmoins, je trouve que Mailjet reste accessible et efficace, même pour des besoins réguliers de communication. Pros Simple, gratuit et intuitif, parfait pour ceux qui commencent et ont besoin de se former, de découvrir les outils et les différentes analyses (des aides et explications sont intégrées). Il convient également aux sociétés en pleine croissance sur le plan marketing et qui ont besoin d’envoyer des emails globalisés chaque mois. Grâce aux campagnes, vous pouvez facilement et surtout rapidement reprendre un design et modifier simplement certaines informations, ce qui est idéal lorsqu’il faut communiquer sur différents salons tout en gardant la même ADN de marque. En revanche, pour les sociétés ayant des besoins plus importants en termes de volume d’envoi et d’analyse des performances, je recommanderais plutôt la version payante. Cons Sachant que j’ai un compte gratuit, les seuls changements ou inconvénients que j’ai constatés concernent des fonctionnalités présentes dans les offres payantes. I can see how the shared templates will help maintain brand consistency across centers, which is important for corporate communications. At this stage, I haven’t used it long enough to fully test deliverability, reporting, or automations. My next step will be to explore how Mailjet integrates with our current contact lists and how well it supports personalization for families. Overall, first impressions are positive. It looks like a solid platform for center-to-family communication, but I’ll be able to provide a more complete assessment if we move past the trial and into regular use. If there was a legitimate concern, we should have been informed and given an opportunity to address it rather than being abruptly cut off. This lack of communication and abrupt termination has created chaos on our end, and we expect immediate clarification and resolution. Pros Nothing, we had absolutely no idea that our account had been blocked until we realized that our communications were not going through, causing significant harm to our business and reputation. When I was going to sign in today, it didn't work. I needed to send mail's. It said the account had been closed for undisclosed reasons. How strange! I tried to change the password & login again. Didn't work. Contacted them abd they basically says same. They couldn't say the reason. How incredibly strange and discriminating. I run yoga & meditation retreats, help people connect to their souls, respect nature and animals, heal & grow. We also have a charity. Si they are AGAINST supporting good work that helps people. Good work with good intentions. Very shocking and discriminating. Bad! Believe they're run by non humans ( robots ) who are against people doing good work and who are close to nature. June 27, 2024 1.0 Used to work great, migrated away from Mailchimp to Mailjet and for nearly 4 years, every week we sent out mailers successfully to over 75 000 subscribers. Until one subscriber complained (despite all our subscribers being opt-in) And support consisted of folks who can only reply scripted responses and not English as a first language. Without us explaining, they simple throttled our send limits. The irony is. THEIR wordpress plugin handles subscriptions, but support wants to know how customers subscribe to our mailing list. After explaining 3 times that its via a form that is setup by their very own plugin. Support shifts the goal posts. Anyway, we run a business and have no patience to deal with inept call center drones who treat customers like crap. We promptly cancelled. Not surprising they dont even have a retentions system. Now moved over to Email Octopus & Amazon AWS - never better, support is not only responsive but takes the time to actually read and have a human respond, not a copy and paste drone reply. I also tried to contact support and it took them a long time to get back to me, and then several exchanges by email to get my inquiry solved.
