I'm still not well versed with segmentation, but, on all other platforms. Mailjet has taken me to the next level with better “reach”. I recommend it to anyone who really wants to increase their marketability. Pros Better DX to integrate, familiar user interface, better analytics, honest pricing, ability to send SMS. If you want to send a bit of email using a webhook and an API call, this should work. If you're sending a large number of campaigns, that could affect your email list size due to the lack of functionality around campaign parameters for re-engagement. Back office is slow, it cant take 2-3 minute to go to your campaign. Automation is completly random. It send mails to random time (even at night) sometimes it had send wrong link in my emails. If you are a real professionnel, dont use it. Secondly now a days it was noticed that they are not changing the shared IP, due to which the deliverability of inbox is constantly decreasing and mails are getting to Spam. Ability to create templates, schedule email deployments and most importantly we were able to segment sub-accounts at no additional cost via our agency account for our various clients. Cons When setting up a new client and/or importing a new subscriber list there is a chance that if they've not been emailed prior you might trip the sensors if your spam/unsub rate is even a little high. Ensure you have a squeaky clean list prior to importing. The choice of templates lets you send better-looking mailers. The reporting is excellent, allowing you to drill down into the response data and see where you have been most successful. The 200 free per day is generous, given that you can schedule five different mailers to a total of 1000 people over a working week. The scheduling tool allows your message to arrive at the most opportune time. Cons Some of the setup procedures are a bit clunky, particularly reusing previous text and layouts. I suppose the five point certification statement about opt-in is a necessary evil. In the reporting it would be useful to know more about the nature of the bounces, or even the detail of the message. Brilliant well thought out developer API, clear documentation & good daily free mail amounts. Pros I spent some time evaluating the several main providers for email as part of my Technical Architect day job. They all provide similar features at this level including daily free messages etc. MailJet were by far my favourite - initially because of the well thought out restful developer API. When I came to do a real life marketing email for my ComiCon the tracking reports, open rates and other information plus a really easy to use editor with A/B testing and segmented campaigns using a simple query process make this a product I highly recommend. I was surprised at how well they have made a Gui for putting together html/text emails. Cons The handy signup form that you can use to add people directly to your campaign list doesn't score so well on my seo scores so I would like to see that improved. Pros It is easy to get started with all the options and the best feature is to schedule the emailers. Also, the reports are good enough for normal email marketing. I like the reporting. I like the ease of sending mailings. I can launch a campaign in less than 1 hour and see immediate results. Cons Would like easier storage of templates I create for use next time. Would like better segmentation of lists that I upload. More ways to access my target audience. Very simple to use and with good technical support always ready to help. For the development of my web applications and the sites I create I always use the service to be able to control the emails and to have in an instantaneous way all the dashboards that help me to perceive the state of the emails sent. I just send transactional emails using it. Email delivery is practically guaranteed, and you can track each individual message's progress, receipt, and opening. Cons If there were a rating for mobile compatibility I would rate this product 3/5. The screen display adjusts with every click as if it can't decide on which size to choose. An improper size wouldn't bother me as much as the constant adjustment.
