Pros I was really excited to use this product but the lack of any customer support and unwillingness to help their customers at all made this a bad experience. Cons There is no phone number to actually help customers who have issues. There are some features that you need to pay for to access, but for the most part, the paid-for features are reasonably chosen in a way that you don't necessarily need them to still create a great campaign. I still use it. Pros I like that I can have different lists and exclude people from it. Sometimes customers have already responded so theres no need to send them the campaign again. I appreciate that it is user friendly and allows me to schedule when I send the letters. Pros I have never created email newsletters before, but Mailjet was so easy and fun that I was able to create a pretty decent letter with my first try. Cons Sometimes I have trouble editing and have to back out of the program. I would also like the option of placing borders around certain areas that don't allow them.
