Pros I like the ease of use. I would like to Mailjet improves backend area implementing differents wizard tools. For first, I believe it's important send directly e-mail from admin panel. Pros I am long time with this software. I am familiar with all functions. Cons I have contacts divided in groups. I open on group of contacts and inspect each contact separate. When discover that one contact in group ACTIVE is no more active, I want to send this contact in other group. Until yesterday near mail address, I have option SEND TO. Click at this option and in drop down menu I have opportunity to chose among all groups of contacts. Click at one of them and my contact is copied in new group for example - NOT SO ACTIVE. March 13, 2019 5.0 Pros Mailjet is the first email marketing platform that I have found with updated email layouts, templates, and quick editing abilities for customizing to our brand. The user experience on the dashboard, campaign editor and template editor pages is very modern, clean, easy to use, and has every feature I need. Designing, sending and reporting on email success is a breeze! Cons The list management could use a little updating. For instance, adding a new email address to a contact card or updating the existing one - these features are missing. The way Mailjet has set up the updating of contacts is confusing, it's as if you have to go through the upload steps all over again even if you are making edits to one contact. List management, in general, is missing quite a few features that would drastically improve UX. When in a contact card and viewing the lists subscribed to, it would be nice to have some buttons/links to add to additional lists or remove from current ones. Right now, you have to go into the lists, find the contact and remove them (which by the way SORTING capabilities for each column would be nice). The app and the documentation are awesome User Experience : All is very well displayed. No headaches! Deliverability : SMTP are great, the deliverability is far superior compared to other providers Cons At the Mailjet's beginings, the support wasn't reactive. I can set custom auto response messages. Cons They say we can send unlimited messages upon verifying an email domain. But when I started sending emails on a daily basis, it started blocking me and applied a limit to my account. I raised a support issue and they asked me confirm the email domain again. It took me lot of time to set up things back again. Then it worked smoothly for next 24 hours and started popping up the same issue. I decided not to continue the service again. For all the time the service was used, there were no mistakes in its work, it stably sends email messages, presents comprehensible statistics in the form of reports, and the help desk helps to understand the intricacies of e-mail. Mailjet is uniquely good service for mailing. Pros The Mailjet service offers good conditions for working with email newsletters. This is a very reliable service, in which several elements are combined at once - stable work of the message sending tools, an understandable help system, good technical support and an extensive API. Cons The interface of the Mailjet service can not be called a strong point. Pros I did not even get the chance to use it properly, since they have not approved me sending emails regardless of the fact that I PAID for that! Cons They have the the most insulting business practice that I have ever encountered. Even if you pay for NO SENDING LIMITATIONS, your account is not able to send almost any emails until you submit a ticket to their support. In addition to responding slow, they question you about your business domain, your email collecting sources, and so on. After going back and forth with the support team, a time consuming and useless task, MAYBE they will allow you to do what you paid for. In addition, they said that they don't usually allow companies in my field of work - business consulting to use their platform, but they will make an "exception" this time. I found it as a horrible insult from a service provider. I have already lost a lot of time and money not gained by me not doing my job by "using" their service. Whilst it SPAM prevention is commendable, it is NOT what I paid for and there is absolutely NO presumption of not guilty. Review Source NM Nicolas M. I enjoyed the high customization and sleek look of finished ones with this software. Cons I dislike how you have to save emails as templates before starting from one again as some of my information rolls over and it would be helpful to be able to earmark something for reuse, especially images or links. I disliked that there was no way to save customization features except in a template form, but then when you add things in you still have to rework the whole thing. We use Mailjet to send emails for a number of clients with ease. Cons The unsubscribe functionality could be improved. Over all good but if you don't get response to your list in starting days they stop your delivery. So you have start your campaign with sending recent responders so that you will some responses and they deliver your full campaign. Pros Easy to use drag and drop email template builder, pricing of email sends is low comparing with other softwares in the industry. Good for starters who are into email marketing. Cons Delivery of emails for new accounts is limited to very low quantity. They deliver very low 20-30 emails per 30 minutes for new marketers.
