Extremely frustrating for enterprise operations. The software is unreliable for call centers, and the vendor lacks emergency escalation during major downtime. I do not recommend this for high-volume sales teams.

Pros

The UI looks decent, but it's completely ruined by frequent system instability and broken telephony integrations during work hours.

Cons

Horrible telephony reliability (Velvetel) and terrible support SLA. Media server errors caused a 4+ hour total outage for our telemarketing team. Support provided no ETA, no workaround, and only sent useless boilerplate replies.

Very positive. We enabled plenty of business users and they are capable of creating new elements and adding their new ideas to the platform

Pros

Definitely the easy of use. You can easily develop, adjust and create new pages from scratch super fast

Cons

There is not really anything that stand out. If I could name something, it would be the lack of self paced training.
