Very good tool with a modern and friendly interface. The key factor is to become proficient in is use and development early in the implementatin cycle.

Pros

The combination of modern CRM with BPM and visual workflow programing with no-code (minimal code) is very good. It also incorporates AI agents for end user assistance but also for workflow development which simplifies its use. We compared Creatio with traditional top tier CRMs and foud that in that area it is very price competitive because it has tools and functionality built in in other CRMS which have a fixed monthly fee with a variable component according to use. ON lte long run the other solutions would become more expensive to own.

Cons

It is a very new product (to us) and we are still learning to use it and develop on it as we are used to traditional coding tools, however this will improve with use.

Un poco complejo como manejas las procesos, que se tienen que comprar add-ons para generar pdf cuando existen otras soluciones que si permiten generar un pdf sin necesidad de comprar addons

I had positive experience as a developer. Creatio is flexible and modern, and I had good control over customizations. Projects went faster than with many other systems I worked with before.

Pros

The platform is very open and easy to work with. I liked how smooth it was to set up integrations and automate processes. The no-code tools also made it easier for business teams to build stuff without always calling us.

Cons

Nothing big to mention. Some dev docs could be bit more detailed in some parts, but overall the support was helpful. I honestly enjoyed working with the system.

My overall experience is okay. For the price, Creatio does get the job done, however, my team relies on other programs to supplement features that Creatio does not offer.

Pros

The new email marketing design section is a great improvement. The ease of design and ability to customize marketing emails has greatly increased. The tagging system also helps create email lists and follow clients in their specific pipelines.

Cons

There is no undo in the email design section. This is one of my primary uses and I have wasted a lot of time after accidentally deleting a section and having no way to retrieve it. I also dislike that you cannot create landing pages to include in emails through Creatio.

Pros

It is a software that by getting to know it one learns to identify and become familiar with its functionality. If it's hard work. However, by striving and pacting, one grows fond of him, falls in love with Creatio. Because by understanding it, you get to know everything that can be done with creatio. Thank you very much for designing, developing and building such an excellent product.

Cons

I have seen that it takes time to respond, the waiting times are very slow, I don't know why everything is compiled at the time of making a change. Another point is the dependencies that it has, they are complicated to understand, and therefore, as a result of this, errors have been made, I believe that understanding this issue is solved, or that there is a more in-depth documentation of issues in more depth.

Working as a marketing manager in the big company, which has several offices all over the world, I can see the importance for us to effectively coordinate the teamwork and develop a unified approach to our customers. Bpm’online helped us to automate our core processes and align marketing, sales and service on a single platform. Our sales team is happy with the system, especially with lead management, opportunity management, field sales management and sales forecasting features. With bpm’online, they are able to manage end-to-end sales cycle and communication with the customers via multiple channels. Our service team outlines the problem management feature, as it allows unifying similar cases into a problem, assigning agents to resolve it. Moreover, customer support managers can track the agents’ performance in terms of problem resolution efficiency. As a marketing manager, I really enjoyed the website behavior tracking function. With the help of bpm’online marketing, all the information on the pages visited by a client and the time spent on each page is sent to the system. Thus, it enables to understand the needs of a prospect better, track the most effective lead generation channels and launch trigger campaigns based on lead’s preferences. By the way, it is so easy to create a campaign now with the intuitive campaign designer and then monitor its efficiency. What is more, with bpm’online, we automated our routine tasks, and now we are fully concentrated on the important issues.

Cons

Working with bpm’online during quite a long period of time I have not noticed any essential drawbacks which I can mention.

BPMOnline, like most of the commercial tools out there, is a CRM build over a customizable framework. The main different with other tools, is what this framework offers, and the knowledge required to work on it. First, the business process tool is easy to use yet powerful and robust. It can be used to automate business tasks, implement rules and also, to develop integrations with third party tools. The framework was build in .NET, so certain customizations and scripts are build either in c# (server side code) or javascript (client side code). If you know those languages, your learning curve in BPMOnline (which is normally shorter than others) will be even shorter than the rest of users. On the user side, the system is very friendly and intuitive, so you normally don't get lost in tons of options. Most of then are hidden and reserved for administrators.

Pros

Main advantages for BPMOnline: 1) Marketing, Sales and Services is fully integrated and normally don't require external or additional tools to work. 2) No hidden costs. The cost model and licenses are quite simple. Your contract normally provides all (and more) of what you need. It's really weird to find unexpected restrictions in the licenses you buy. 3) Learning curve for users, administrators and technicians is very short. With good guidance during implementation, you can take control very fast.

Cons

Some areas that requires improvements: 1) Integration to third party tools. There are certain integrations that come with the tool like email and phone systems. But others like legacy system or very particular solutions, requires development that can be difficult (not impossible). The lack of existing solutions in the market (free or paid) force you to develop those integrations. 2) Changes are easy to do, but they normally requires compilation. This can take some time, and if it's executed incorrectly, you can affect your instance. 3) The security is very detailed and can be aligned to every model. But, some changes applies just to new records, not to historical information. This can require customizations to work properly. 4) Analytics tool is simple to use and powerful, but it still require some additional features, like calculated variables and export.

I would recommend this tool to others struggling with user adaptation. We have built additional sections for each of our departments and they are getting on board as well.

Pros

I love the system's UI. It's very similar to salesforce without the heavy price and its easier to customize. We have had great user uptake since launch. Additionally, out outside sales team love the mobile application.

Cons

The email integration has been tricky with outlook.
