It also will help me automate many processes and give as much control back to my clients so that they can be self-sufficient in managing their own account. Pros WHMCS has all of the features that I need, plus a few extra, for much less than I thought I would have to pay. It's so customizable that I can't imagine it not being able to do what I need it to do. Cons The documentation is not as strong as I would like, and support is slow. They don't offer a free trial, just a money-back guarantee. There is a lot that I have to figure out as I go along, which takes more time. Developer Computer Software Used the software for: 1-2 years ### "Stay away, it is awful product" April 7, 2021 1.0 One of the worst software businesses I have ever encountered. It is poorly managed, supported, and the love to screw customers over financially. Pros At first WHMCS looks good and seems to integrate well with cpanel and other services. Once you start to use it, you realize how many bugs and security flaws are in the product. It is a mess and not ready for production use. Cons When you purchase the software, you are then asked to pay again, and again for the same software. The company operates like a scam operation. Review Source Tevin O. Editing of some file is nearly impossible and takes time for you to understand how the back-end system works and can be customized. It has simply everything you need to start a webhosting company or even to manage any small digital business that requires billing or support. Cons All the options are almost overwhelming. There are so many things to configure that a proper setup for a big company can last quite some time. Pros The core engine it has been designed to work sealessly with WHM/cPanel without any issues, although its not the only feature thats great but its the only feature that made it on top in commercial billing category for ISP and hosting providers. Cons They are great infact they are best in what they do but they ignored their user and set the new pricing thats heartbreaking for startups and ISP who don't earn that much to pay that much to WHMCS its the only thing i hate about them.
