Pros

WHMCS integrate with most payment providers which makes it the best software selling tool because of invoice automations and auto-collection of payments

Cons

Pricing depends on number of clients you get; therefore, the tool is likely to be more expensive if you have more than 1000 clients and if you are to use white labelled solution

Pros

You can integrate your services with them. The tools let you invoice your customers on regular basis and automate your business.

Cons

There are some features I'd like this tool to have, and it doesn't. Like: custom autoreply messages for different departments.

Does what it says, we were able to set it up for customers to search and purchase domains as well as hosting packages.

Pros

We were able to set up our domain name and hosting business by this easy to deploy and set up software.

Cons

It is not easily customizable, i wish they provided different themes or we could be able to integrate with wordpress themes to provide a more user appealing journey.

WHMCS handles our needs very well, but with that said it does lack in other areas. While it is perfect for website hosting companies if you sell any products besides web hosting you are going to have to play a great deal to tweak it to work for you. Additionally, it does have its fair share of hiccups now and then with things like activating and deactivating accounts. Support for WHMCS is not as great as it once was - expect about a 2 to 3 day turn around unless you pay for faster service. Forums are helpful if you run into issues.
