Starting with a thorough and engaging training tools and continuing using it for organising Technical Programmes for our company, EventsAir is a user friendly and reliable software. I use EventsAir for generating tracking reports of our events' attendees registration, creating calls for abstracts and Technical Programme schedules, and other conference management related activities. Our team uses EA for working on site of our events, and it's always easy available for mobile access. Pros EventsAir is easy to use and offers a wide range of event management features. With EA you can organise your event from start to finish. I also like EA training tool. It's always available if you need to refer back to it if you've forgotten how to use certain system features. My best experience with EventsAir is their support team. In the (rare) cases where I've had to contact support due to system issues, they've responded quickly and been very helpful. It offers strong event management tools and has performed consistently, but faster customer support would improve the experience. Pros EventsAir is reliable, easy for attendees to use, and works well for events with up to 3,000 attendees. We have not experienced outages, badge access works smoothly, the floorplan looks professional, and the learning tools are very helpful. Cons Customer support response times can be slow. Some submitted tickets have remained open for more than two weeks. It is a useful and comprehensive platform for managing events and conferences. It helps streamline different aspects of event planning and reduces the need to use multiple systems. With more experience and familiarity with the platform, I have found it increasingly helpful in managing event operations and improving efficiency Pros I liked the convenience of having all the event planning and management information in one platform. EventsAir makes it easier to organise event details, manage registrations, communicate with delegates, and keep track of important information. The system is particularly useful for managing conferences and large events efficiently. Cons Some features can take time to understand, especially for new users. It would be helpful if certain functions were more intuitive and if there were clearer guidance or tutorials for navigating the system. Pros The ease of use and setting up all modules for conferences, including the scientific and registration parts. Setting up events is a breeze, and able to be customized for a tailor-made experience for every single event. Cons Only minor technical nuisances, like no options for auto capitalization, and frequent client/browser interface freezes, so nothing very important!
