Overall, it is a very user friendly software system, with the ability to make professional registration sites. The reports that can be built to pull relevant data is also very useful

Inability to filter in the Attendee APP. It would be great if certain modules could be filtered by registration type.

I've been using EventsAir heavily since 2019 and am a big fan. I believe it is a great value and a key tool for the not-for-profit associations I support.

Pros

EventsAir is extremely flexible and configurable, allowing you to scale from very simple one-day events up to week-long hybrid conferences and integrate with many popular tools. They have great customer support that helps you solve problems and make things work.

Cons

EventsAir continues to improve its interfaces, both internal and external facing, which is great and overdue. I'd like to see the Presenters modules and workflow revamped next - it's usable as it is but needs to be updated.

My overall experience with EventsAir has been very positive. It is a comprehensive and reliable event management platform that supports registration, abstract management, accommodation, communications, payments, and reporting. It has helped me manage multiple international conferences efficiently and has significantly reduced manual work. Although there are a few areas that could be improved, it remains one of the best event management systems I have worked with.

Pros

What I like most about EventsAir is its flexibility and the wide range of features available for managing conferences and events in one platform. It allows us to handle registrations, abstract submissions, payments, accommodation, communications, reporting, and on-site management efficiently. I also appreciate the ability to customize registration forms, workflows, and email templates to meet different event requirements. The reporting tools are very useful for tracking registrations and financial data. Overall, EventsAir helps streamline event operations, reduces manual work, and provides a reliable system that supports both organizers and delegates throughout the event lifecycle.

Cons

While EventsAir is a powerful platform, some areas could be more user-friendly. Certain settings and workflows require multiple steps to complete, and the HTML editor could be improved by adding an option to paste content while keeping the destination formatting. Some reports are also complex to configure, and locating specific settings can take time, especially for new users.

Positive. Eventsair is a robust and reliable system to use for most events that is easy to learn, adaptable, and scalable to meet the requirements for most event managers backed up by robust support system.

Pros

The range of features and adaptability is impressive. Also the continued development of new features and ongoing updates to improve things such as accessibility and AI usage allows new ways of working. Once understood, the system is intuitive and there are significant learning resources available through courses, the chat bot, and human support. The financial elements are also very robust to make payments easy at user's end and reconciliation.

Cons

Limitations within the reporting functionality can be frustrating at times when creating bespoke reports as not all fields are available for all reports. The Attendee App is impressive and generally receives positive feedback from delegates but it feels there are some functionality gaps to be plugged such as better synching with meeting diary to manage directly within attendee app. Currently this is read only.

Its been great using Eventsair and the improvements from when we started using it in 2017 have been great.

Pros

We use it for managing the events and I have no complaints there. Its has improved in the past 4 years and like the browser version the most. I am still getting used to the support chatbot, have always used the human support.

Cons

I have a slight issue with the Agenda in adding panel discussion speakers to it and when you have parallel sessions the word "Track" cannot be removed.

My overall experience with EventsAir has been positive, especially for managing complex events. It’s a very capable, all-in-one platform, which is a big advantage.

Pros

I like that EventsAir have several customization options to help make our workflow more efficient. They provide reliable security for personal access, handling sensitive attendee data, and processing payments. They have a very solid Event Management system that provides all within one system, such as registration, abstract management, accommodation, and reporting. Automation is one of the areas where EventsAir really stands out. It allows you to automate a lot of processes like communications and workflow steps, which can save a significant amount of manual work.

Cons

New users may require time and training to fully understand its structure and capabilities. The web version still has a lot to improve in contrast with the reliable desktop version. The invoicing could also be more straightforward and easier to manage.

Overall, we have had an overwhelmingly positive experience with EventsAir. They deliver great value for the investment made, and they are always willing to work with us on solutions to our use cases.

Pros

The product is clearly designed with event planners front of mind, and the team at EventsAir is continually updating and elevating elements of the product. There is always quick assistance to hand, and the team is available to help to use different approaches within the elements of the product to achieve your event goals.

Cons

Some of the workflows could use improvement. We would love to see the session and presenter management piece improved next. We do not always work to the abstract workflow that eventsair is designed around.

Ive been able to figure it out since this is our first time using it. The training materials and our main contact \[sensitive content hidden\] is great and experienced.

Pros

The UI is very clean and its easy to find what your looking for once you figure out where to look for it. The chatbot and assistance team is very useful

Cons

Parts of it are a bit too simplistic. The filter settings need to add some logic layers(besides a flat out show this/dont show this) system so i can customize my filters. See the reporting system in salesforce. Also the Group system in the interactive sites needs improvement. I shouldnt have to include instructions with a registration form. I am very positive about EventsAir. Not just the product itself as it can be used for all types of events, also the available support and help documents and that it is possible to send requests for enhancements.

Pros

The fact that it covers all areas of (scientific) events; modules and sites can be adapted to one's liking; if there are questions or issues, Support is available and response promptly. I also like the modular setup, which helps the learning experience of new users.

Cons

Due to the fact it covers all grounds, it also takes some time to get to know all details and get to a workflow that is best suitable for your customers and the workflows in your company.
