Our overall experience with EventsAir is very positive. It is one of the best event software we have ever worked with **Pros:** we work with Participant Management, exhibition, speakers, abstracts, accommodation, participant apps, websites, online events. EventsAir is the only software that covers all moduls in one system. Their customer support is one of the best that we have worked with in many years. The guys in the support will go the extra mile to help and find solutions for our at times crazy ideas. EventsAir is very easy to use and the training program is one of the best I have seen. We are able to customize reports and setup so they suit us as users and as company. We also love the oppotunity to collaborate with other EventsAir users around the world and it is so great to meet up at the yearly Airtime event for EventsAir users. We are getting a great value for money. BIG thank you to all of the support guys, they are allways ready to support no matter what. **Cons:** There are some things that are locked so we can't customize them and only way to customize is to pay get a report build or changes made. " **Overall:** Overall, it is a great platform that is better than its competitors in every way. We use Eventsair every day, and could not do our events without it. Whilst there are some small nitpicking things at the moment, we hope to see these ironed out in the the next few years. **Pros:** EventsAir allows our events to have neat and tidy data, and the new ability to capture incomplete registrations has been great. The Eventsair Support bot is a great tool to use when you have come back from a 3 week holiday and forgotten some skills! Attendee management is good, and the duplicate finder tool is a great way to clean up records quickly. **Cons:** The comprehensive export option is not able to access all data types. The presentation portal really needs a facelift, along with the reviewer portal to create a more inviting page for submissions. Using 3rd party payment gateways has come with some new errors now, with some codes appearing when attempting payment. Hopefully this will all be looked at soon!
