I am a relatively new user and I find it easy to use and it suits the events that I run. As stated the support is great. Pros EventsAir is a very intuitive product. The service and help desk are excellent. It is better than any other platform I have used. Cons It can sometimes take a while to delete things. This can be frustrating. I find the image specifications not straight forward. Otherwise the system meets my needs. Starting with a thorough and engaging training tools and continuing using it for organising Technical Programmes for our company, EventsAir is a user friendly and reliable software. I use EventsAir for generating tracking reports of our events' attendees registration, creating calls for abstracts and Technical Programme schedules, and other conference management related activities. Our team uses EA for working on site of our events, and it's always easy available for mobile access. Pros EventsAir is easy to use and offers a wide range of event management features. With EA you can organise your event from start to finish. I also like EA training tool. It's always available if you need to refer back to it if you've forgotten how to use certain system features. My best experience with EventsAir is their support team. In the (rare) cases where I've had to contact support due to system issues, they've responded quickly and been very helpful. Cons System errors occasionally occur that can prevent important features from working. However, EA's support team always provides prompt assistance. I believe it is a great value and a key tool for the not-for-profit associations I support. Pros EventsAir is extremely flexible and configurable, allowing you to scale from very simple one-day events up to week-long hybrid conferences and integrate with many popular tools. They have great customer support that helps you solve problems and make things work. Cons EventsAir continues to improve its interfaces, both internal and external facing, which is great and overdue. I'd like to see the Presenters modules and workflow revamped next - it's usable as it is but needs to be updated. The regular webinars keep you updated, and the improvements are incredible. From joining EA in 2022 to now, the updates have been excellent. Pros The flexibility of the system. Our events are international with various VAT scenarios, ticketing options and attendee types, each with different pathways. EventsAIR enables us to handle everything that is thrown at us. The new website editor is incredible, I love it, and we are now transitioning our websites back into EA after using a third party provider for the last 24 months. Cons The attendee app networking desperately needs a messaging inbox. We use third party apps for larger events and it creates me so much extra work. For smaller events we use the EventsAIR app, which is looking great, but management won't switch back to it for flagships until it has this feature. The customer service has also improved over the year and is reliable (although the product itself is sometimes not reliable). It's great that the product is slowly improving since 1.5 years ago which gives the feeling that the EA team is listening to the customer feedbacks and try to improve it. Pros 1\. I like how it has so many features which you need for executing your online and offline events. We use this product for most of our events from the beginning to the end (registration, attendee management, notification emails to attendees and speakers, virtual event platform, reporting, meeting-matching, etc). This all-in-one software is very versatile. 2. Reporting feature is great! (both on EA and Onair) Cons 1\. There are often some bugs, hiccups and lags which gets frustrating (Sometimes the loading screen takes so long, sometimes get kicked out of the system for no reason, saving doesn't work sometimes, difficulties for speakers to connect to Aircast compared to just using Zoom, frequent trouble for speaker/attendees to join onair sessions due to using mobile devices or other browser than google chrome, etc..) 2. I have only used the customer support during the training period, but I believe that with new AI features my experience with EventsAir will be more seamless, with more possibilities ahead. Pros The high level of customisation, from setup to registration and back-end event management. It's easier for me to organise everything and point to other team members how to use the tool, saving time and money in my organisation. Cons The steep learning curve. I believe better investment in making the workflows easier would be more fruitful than applying AI into the interface. Pros I have been using EventsAir for 5 years now and absolutely love it. The interface is so easy to use, the support team are fast and so knowledgeable, our account manager is excellent, everything about it makes it easy to use. We push the limits and use the product in different ways and love that it's so customisable to our brand and needs. Cons Would love an easier way to do group bookings where we can have one person (a teacher), sign up for a number of spots then easily send the link to all their students at once to register and choose their sessions. Pros We use it for managing the events and I have no complaints there. Its has improved in the past 4 years and like the browser version the most. I am still getting used to the support chatbot, have always used the human support. Cons I have a slight issue with the Agenda in adding panel discussion speakers to it and when you have parallel sessions the word "Track" cannot be removed. I’ve considered other options, but I’m satisfied with what EventsAIR provides. Pros We’ve been using EventsAIR for 8 years and it’s a fantastic product. I really value having everything integrated into one platform. Once you get used to how it works, it’s excellent—and the customer support is always quick and helpful. Plus, the software is continuously updated, which keeps it current and reliable. Cons It took me a little while to get used to thinking “EA”—at first it wasn’t very intuitive, but now that I’m familiar with it, it’s no longer an issue. The main challenge I encounter is with exhibitors, who sometimes find the Lead Gen app frustrating due to the export/import process into our CRM and the delay that comes with it, which isn’t the customer experience they’d like to provide. I’d also love the option to highlight certain speakers, rather than having them displayed only in alphabetical order. It also give those with a more technical understanding the chance to create something more complex with the freedom they offer as well. EventsAir is the only software that covers all moduls in one system. Their customer support is one of the best that we have worked with in many years. The guys in the support will go the extra mile to help and find solutions for our at times crazy ideas. EventsAir is very easy to use and the training program is one of the best I have seen. We are able to customize reports and setup so they suit us as users and as company. We also love the oppotunity to collaborate with other EventsAir users around the world and it is so great to meet up at the yearly Airtime event for EventsAir users.
