I believe it is a great value and a key tool for the not-for-profit associations I support. Pros EventsAir is extremely flexible and configurable, allowing you to scale from very simple one-day events up to week-long hybrid conferences and integrate with many popular tools. They have great customer support that helps you solve problems and make things work. Cons EventsAir continues to improve its interfaces, both internal and external facing, which is great and overdue. I'd like to see the Presenters modules and workflow revamped next - it's usable as it is but needs to be updated. Pros We use it for managing the events and I have no complaints there. Its has improved in the past 4 years and like the browser version the most. I am still getting used to the support chatbot, have always used the human support. Cons I have a slight issue with the Agenda in adding panel discussion speakers to it and when you have parallel sessions the word "Track" cannot be removed. The customer service has also improved over the year and is reliable (although the product itself is sometimes not reliable). It's great that the product is slowly improving since 1.5 years ago which gives the feeling that the EA team is listening to the customer feedbacks and try to improve it. Pros 1\. I like how it has so many features which you need for executing your online and offline events. We use this product for most of our events from the beginning to the end (registration, attendee management, notification emails to attendees and speakers, virtual event platform, reporting, meeting-matching, etc). This all-in-one software is very versatile. 2. Reporting feature is great! (both on EA and Onair) Cons 1\. There are often some bugs, hiccups and lags which gets frustrating (Sometimes the loading screen takes so long, sometimes get kicked out of the system for no reason, saving doesn't work sometimes, difficulties for speakers to connect to Aircast compared to just using Zoom, frequent trouble for speaker/attendees to join onair sessions due to using mobile devices or other browser than google chrome, etc..) 2. It is a robust event management platform that offers a wide range of functionality and helps deliver successful events. While there are areas where usability and efficiency could be improved, the platform continues to evolve, and the team is receptive to feedback. It has become an important tool in our event delivery process and enables us to manage events at scale effectively. We have found attending the AirTime annual conference to be particularly helpful to hear how others use the platform. I particularly liked the attendee app, registration management, agenda building, communications tools, and reporting capabilities. The HTML editor for building interactive websites also feels dated and limited compared to modern web editors. We have smaller events with 100 attendees, but even if smaller events, the attendee management tool is very easy to use. All moduls gives you a quick overview. The best thing is that you have an all in one experience, you work in 1 system covering finance, exhibition, abstracts, attendee app and much more. EventsAir is very user friendly and has a great learning portal and endless guides and videos Pros Event management tools are very intuitive and you work with all moduls in one place. Customer support is always very understanding and quick to respond. The setup of events is very easy and straight forward. Cons The accommodation modul could be more flexible especially on the report side. The customer service is very helpful and it's really easy to get hold of them when we run into a system issue or glitch. Pros It's really easy to use, the training videos are very helpful and I am not sure what we pay for it but I believe it's value for money. Cons When it comes to customization options there isn't much of a variety of options to change. I find that if there were more editable options to make it your own then it would actually work better. There are also features that other platforms have that EventsAir doesn't have, and to add this takes a long time (though I understand, it is also frustrating to have to defend EventsAir to the clients). I am new in Event Air but when I join to create my 1st event it was very easy to understand and navigate, The video training is very helpful. Cons Email sent with link and feedback QR code did not work. May be an option or trail email can be send to try the QR code and link before the event. Then wait for the event to finish and sending the email then find the links did not work. Pros The UI is very clean and its easy to find what your looking for once you figure out where to look for it. The chatbot and assistance team is very useful Cons Parts of it are a bit too simplistic. The filter settings need to add some logic layers(besides a flat out show this/dont show this) system so i can customize my filters. See the reporting system in salesforce. Also the Group system in the interactive sites needs improvement. I shouldnt have to include instructions with a registration form. Also the "add logic" system needs to be more fleshed out with more layers. I am at times frustrated with the wait for support. we had a few situations last year where the support was critical to be quick and we didn't get it. For example, during issues with the table allocations for our dinner event. The escalation process or estimated wait times need to improve. Pros All-inclusive program to make the use of data and information easier. The new event website design is great to use and much better than the last version. Cons the build of the registration page is not very indicative and can be complicated depending on where it pulls the information from. I am not a fan of the lack of options for our delegates to add their profile details in the app rather than having to login to a profile. It would be amazing to have unique URL options for sessions to promote individual sessions rather than just the entire program. I’ve considered other options, but I’m satisfied with what EventsAIR provides. Pros We’ve been using EventsAIR for 8 years and it’s a fantastic product. I really value having everything integrated into one platform. Once you get used to how it works, it’s excellent—and the customer support is always quick and helpful. Plus, the software is continuously updated, which keeps it current and reliable. Cons It took me a little while to get used to thinking “EA”—at first it wasn’t very intuitive, but now that I’m familiar with it, it’s no longer an issue. The main challenge I encounter is with exhibitors, who sometimes find the Lead Gen app frustrating due to the export/import process into our CRM and the delay that comes with it, which isn’t the customer experience they’d like to provide. I’d also love the option to highlight certain speakers, rather than having them displayed only in alphabetical order. From an accounts perspective it's not cheap and it does seem to be getting more expensive. " January 14, 2026 4.0 Overall, it is a great platform that is better than its competitors in every way. We use Eventsair every day, and could not do our events without it. Whilst there are some small nitpicking things at the moment, we hope to see these ironed out in the the next few years. Pros EventsAir allows our events to have neat and tidy data, and the new ability to capture incomplete registrations has been great. The Eventsair Support bot is a great tool to use when you have come back from a 3 week holiday and forgotten some skills! Attendee management is good, and the duplicate finder tool is a great way to clean up records quickly. Cons The comprehensive export option is not able to access all data types. The presentation portal really needs a facelift, along with the reviewer portal to create a more inviting page for submissions. Cons The new training systems are not complete yet so while I am eager to learn about new features that Events AIR offer the learning components have not yet caught up. While the customer support is responsive and the chat feature is easy to use, I do enjoy the way the learning modules are set up to teach and them utilise the skills taught it is a good way to learn for me. While there was a bit of a learning curve at the start, once I became familiar with the system, it was very efficient and reliable. The drag-and-drop agenda builder and automated communication tools made it really easy to manage complex event logistics. It saved a lot of time and reduced manual errors. Cons One thing I liked least about EventsAIR was the occasional delay in support response times. When dealing with urgent event issues, having to wait for assistance could be challenging. The software offers much more than this: a highly customizable registration system with website builder etc -- we only needed the event platform for our scientific conferences. Our events usually contain paralel sessions, virtual exhibition and poster sessions and these all are well manageable in OnAir. The software can handle live streamed sessions, it can embed Zoom meetings and webinars, it can play content from Vimeo/Youtube directly and there is a "self service" live streaming studio built in using the software's own AirCast feature. The event platform proved to be well structured, attendees can navigate easily. A 3D event mode has just been released which may be useful for large events with virtual exhibitions. Custimization is possible at most points. New releases are coming rapidly so we can offer new functions all the time to our returning customers. Cons The usage of the software is not well documented. For the main functionalities there is a training but to learn new features in depth a lot of testing is required and often I need to turn to the support team to figure out the right setup.
