### "Streamlined Events, but Some Features Need Refinement"

Overall, has been a strong platform that covers almost every aspect of running an event. From a value for money perspective, it’s a worthwhile investment if you’re running larger or more complex events, since it combines so many tools into one system. The event management features—like registration, agenda planning, and reporting—help streamline processes and reduce manual work. Attendee experience is generally positive, with smooth check-in systems and user-friendly apps that elevate the professionalism of an event. My team found the collaboration tools useful, especially when multiple people needed access to delegate and program details at the same time. On the client management side, the system makes it easier to track communications, requirements, and reporting for different stakeholders. While ease of use can be a hurdle for new users and customer support sometimes takes longer than expected, once you’re familiar with the system it becomes a powerful, all-in-one platform for managing events efficiently.

Pros

I liked how comprehensive the platform is when it comes to event management. The ability to handle registrations, communications, and reporting in one place saved our team a lot of time. The team collaboration tools are also handy—we could work together without constantly jumping between emails and spreadsheets. From an attendee experience perspective, the check-in and app functions worked smoothly, which made the event look polished and professional.

Cons

For me, the challenge lies in the ease of use. Some functions aren’t intuitive, and it takes extra training to feel confident navigating the system. I also felt that the customer support—while helpful—could be faster and more proactive, especially when issues come up close to an event. From a value for money perspective, it’s on the higher side, so you want to feel that every feature is easy to use and adds clear benefit.

### "Long Time User"

I have been using for some time and I like that they have grown and improved the system. Especially after 2020.

Pros

is user friendly. Generally you can set something up without having to go back and forth on white pages.

Cons

The frustration of information in the system but we can't pull it out. Example, we have a room block different rates per night, but yet when you pull a report it won't give you that information. There are other examples where we can't get out details in the system.

### "Eventsair: What makes it good? "

Overall, it is a great platform that is better than its competitors in every way. We use every day, and could not do our events without it. Whilst there are some small nitpicking things at the moment, we hope to see these ironed out in the the next few years.

Pros

allows our events to have neat and tidy data, and the new ability to capture incomplete registrations has been great. The Eventsair Support bot is a great tool to use when you have come back from a 3 week holiday and forgotten some skills! Attendee management is good, and the duplicate finder tool is a great way to clean up records quickly.

Cons

The comprehensive export option is not able to access all data types. The presentation portal really needs a facelift, along with the reviewer portal to create a more inviting page for submissions. Using 3rd party payment gateways has come with some new errors now, with some codes appearing when attempting payment. Hopefully this will all be looked at soon!

The agenda functionality is limited, as it cannot be customised. Additionally, the event app does not always update reliably and often takes time to reflect changes onsite, which impacts the overall user experience.

Pros

The registration forms and event app make it easy to create and manage a seamless customer journey. The forms are straightforward to build and highly customisable, allowing for a smooth and efficient registration experience for attendees.

### "Great program with a few improvements needed"

I like . I am at times frustrated with the wait for support. we had a few situations last year where the support was critical to be quick and we didn't get it. For example, during issues with the table allocations for our dinner event. The escalation process or estimated wait times need to improve.

Pros

All-inclusive program to make the use of data and information easier. The new event website design is great to use and much better than the last version.

Cons

the build of the registration page is not very indicative and can be complicated depending on where it pulls the information from. I am not a fan of the lack of options for our delegates to add their profile details in the app rather than having to login to a profile. It would be amazing to have unique URL options for sessions to promote individual sessions rather than just the entire program.

### "All the Tools We Need in One Platform"

Overall, my experience with has been very positive. I’ve considered other options, but I’m satisfied with what EventsAIR provides.

Pros

We’ve been using for 8 years and it’s a fantastic product. I really value having everything integrated into one platform. Once you get used to how it works, it’s excellent—and the customer support is always quick and helpful. Plus, the software is continuously updated, which keeps it current and reliable.

Cons

It took me a little while to get used to thinking “EA”—at first it wasn’t very intuitive, but now that I’m familiar with it, it’s no longer an issue. The main challenge I encounter is with exhibitors, who sometimes find the Lead Gen app frustrating due to the export/import process into our CRM and the delay that comes with it, which isn’t the customer experience they’d like to provide. I’d also love the option to highlight certain speakers, rather than having them displayed only in alphabetical order. From an accounts perspective it's not cheap and it does seem to be getting more expensive.

I have used for 10 plus years now and I have seen the evolution of it. I do prefer to use the desktop version that the online version but overall pretty happy with it.

Pros

Ease of use and the fact its purpose built for event managers. I also like you can customise the reports and change columns in the Comprehensive Reports page.

Cons

Can be temperamental at times and sometimes Customer Service can be slow at responding which is frustrating.

Overall the is an amazing app that links with other apps. If we need to add a PDF to Eventsair, we then add it to hubspot and get a link that we insert to Eventsair and the PDF then reflects as ease.

Pros

It's very easy to use when setting up the app for exhibitors and sponsors. Very simple and easy to communicate to customers as a customer support manager. It's helps us with the attendee experience and team collaboration as we use this mainly at our events. It's very affordable and you can customize the app to your wanting.

Cons

I have experienced some lagging and issues when clients want to log in to the app as they always need to refresh after adding their information and trying to log in.

Overall, I think performs well and covers the core requirements for managing the conferences we hold. While generally user-friendly, there are some areas where usability and flexibility could be improved.

Pros

It is a relatively intuitive program. I was able to pick things up reasonably quickly having never used it before I started working in conferencing. I like the AI assistant as it helps me to quickly work out how to do something when I am not sure about it (especially when we are busy). The reporting functions and the ability to create portals and reports that I can share with committees is great too.

Cons

I would really like to see a little more flexibility and customisation available. I also think some of the delegate facing interface (registration forms etc...) could do with a refresh to look a little more modern. I also think filtering could use some work. It seems to be a big area that we run into issues. Things such as not showing full text lines makes it hard to select the correct options.

It has been a massive improvement over our previous software and bringing everything from registrations to abstract submissions into one tool has made the management of our conference so much easier

Pros

Despite having such a large range of tools with high levels of customisation available it is still very easy to use and pick up. It also give those with a more technical understanding the chance to create something more complex with the freedom they offer as well. For any cases where you do get stuck their customer support team is incredibly helpful and quick to respond

Cons

Some of the layouts for the interactive sites aren't too pretty and there isn't too much that can easily be done about the styling without a complete overhaul

Pros

The event management platform is very useful for team collaboration as we can all work on the same event together. As we can customise the support the attendee experience, it makes them extremely easy to use. I also feel that the platform is great value for money as we get around the clock, customer support.

Cons

Sometimes we cannot customise things the way we would like to, to suit specific events and their requirements. This can be very frustrating but Events Air support are always there for us to help us with an alternative way.

Pros

I do love Events Air. I have worked in events for years but never used a platform which is tailored to events and it makes SUCH a difference. It makes event set up and comms so easy, especially being able to attach items to an automatic email which seems to be impossible with other programs! So simple but effective! I have not had to build websites before my current role and Events Air has made me feel like a tech wizard with what it can achieve. I am excited to use the latest edition of the website builder.

Cons

Having to update items in more than one place. e.g. you may have to update an email subject line in a few places before it updates on what is sent out. It would be great if updating it in one place updated it everywhere so that doesn't get missed.

I have used quite a lot in the last 4 years and it has been a good experience. I am looking forward to the future updates this year.

Pros

I like that I can use to create events, send emails and capture repoorting all quite easy.

Cons

I wish there were a few more features, including better use of discount codes. Because is such a big platform, it can be a struggle at first to learn the system and teach others.

Great onboarding experience and training. We've been able to use it for everything you'd hope - registration, check in, attendee app, etc. Very smooth, no outages or serious down days.

Pros

All in one bundle, no a la carte. They do have the option to choose number of events but we did unlimited. Love that whether you do one or 100, you get all the services like agenda, website, apps, etc. Amazing way to tech stack for the money.

Cons

Wish there were more insights on messaging like opened email counts but overall still nice. Has option to see abandoned registrations still which is great.

Pros

offers great customer support either through the AirBot or personalised help. EventsAir covers most areas of Event Management for ease of planning.

financials have some limitations and the program can lack some flexibility to create custom elements.

My overall experience with has been very positive. The platform offers a wide range of features that helped streamline the entire event planning process, from registration to onsite check-in. I especially liked the flexibility in creating agendas and automating communication. While there was a bit of a learning curve at the start, once I became familiar with the system, it was very efficient and reliable.

Pros

What I liked most about was how user-friendly and efficient the platform is. The drag-and-drop agenda builder and automated communication tools made it really easy to manage complex event logistics. It saved a lot of time and reduced manual errors.

Cons

One thing I liked least about was the occasional delay in support response times. When dealing with urgent event issues, having to wait for assistance could be challenging. Faster or priority support during peak event periods would be a valuable improvement.

### "The most modern of them all. So easy to use."

We work with several other platforms and I think outshines them all in many ways. It's a complex system and does require some learning time, but much of it is fairly intuitive and they've simplified our workload tremendously.

Pros

has made it so registration websites, forms and communications are responsive - out of the box. Saves me a lot of time hand coding. I very much appreciate the use of portals and apps to enhance the capabilities of the software and keep everything in one system. Integrated lead development, mobile app with gamification, beacon technology, on-demand badging makes it SO easy to build out complete and fully functional event sites. Love all the drag 'n' drop abilities.

Cons

Do so wish it would keep a registration that has been abandoned or not completed. Attendees can start where they left off because their details are held in cache, but I have no way of knowing if there are attendees that didn't finish or, possibly, had trouble with the form and had to abandon.

### "Event Management One-Stop Shop"

Pros

The thing I like most about is just how comprehensive it is. It is literally a one stop shop for event management and all the portals, forms and apps link back to a central database which means all the information is collected in one place.

Cons

Sometimes some of features are not completely thought through. For example when ramification was released there was a big emphasis on the functionality of the feature but not the background analytics which is just as valuable. But are always open to suggestions for improvements.

Pros

I love the flexibility of the registration system, multiple registration forms, multiple registration types, and additional function/ session tickets. Its a really good registration system.

Cons

The abstract system is no as powerful as most academic associations.

Cons

Since the beginning of global pandemic, I feel that there is too much emphasis on the features that are related to virtual/hybrid events, so anything not directly related to them feels somewhat neglected.

### "Does all we need it to & more!"

We love it. When we originally purchased it, the software had so many features above what we needed. However we've also grown with it over the last few years and are now using more features than we ever expected. The support team are fabulous, and always respond quickly. There's no such thing as a stupid question (although I feel like I ask many!)

Pros

The number of features, and the continuous updates with even more features, benefits and improvement. We love the conferences too - such a great opportunity to network with other users, and share ideas with how they're using the product. It's great to see the team as well and the conferences are always a lot of fun, and I walk away having learnt so much.

Cons

It's like learning a new language at first, but we found the easiest way to learn was to jump in and learn as you go.

### "Virtual event platform and way beyond"

Pros

Our company uses the virtual event platform (OnAir) of . The software offers much more than this: a highly customizable registration system with website builder etc -- we only needed the event platform for our scientific conferences. Our events usually contain paralel sessions, virtual exhibition and poster sessions and these all are well manageable in OnAir. The software can handle live streamed sessions, it can embed Zoom meetings and webinars, it can play content from Vimeo/Youtube directly and there is a "self service" live streaming studio built in using the software's own AirCast feature. The event platform proved to be well structured, attendees can navigate easily. A 3D event mode has just been released which may be useful for large events with virtual exhibitions. Custimization is possible at most points. New releases are coming rapidly so we can offer new functions all the time to our returning customers.

Cons

The usage of the software is not well documented. For the main functionalities there is a training but to learn new features in depth a lot of testing is required and often I need to turn to the support team to figure out the right setup. The support team is quick to respond.
