So by doing this ourselves, we can save ourselves hours upon hours of waiting. **Pros:** This allows me to simply "click" the connector I want and then automatically integrate. I was also very surprised that the custom slack integration worked (it pulled data) instead of completely falling apart like I had fully anticipated. I no longer need to cut and paste information back and forth. It is nice that the background syncing works in addition to what I thought would never work. **Cons:** The CSV parser tool has been a huge block to completing everything we are trying to accomplish. The CSV parser will only parse 50K records and since the lookup table only holds 100K entries, it completely messes up our Asset file imports. Debugging is also terrible. Occasionally, our cost will spike when running large volumes of data; however, every time I submit a ticket to their support team, they close it without ever fixing the Ruby code issues I have.
