" November 3, 2022 5.0 Pros We had a situation where we needed to connect our Webflow website and its form submission to different Google Sheets. I initially thought this would be a rather difficult task, but once I tried Zapier those thoughts disappeared. Setting up the workflow took a couple of minutes. So simple. Love it. Cons At this time I've only used it for integrations between Webflow and Google Sheets, and that process has been flawless. So it's difficult for me to list any drawbacks at this point. Pros Zapier, nine times out of ten has a solution for making your tech stack work. It's terrific for marrying various softwares and seamlessly joining tasks. Cons It has a little bit of a learning curve, but for how feature-rich and beneficial the software is that can't be helped. Once you've created a few zaps...it's pretty second-nature. Pros their free plan is generous and is helping me get some tasks done which I wouldn't have time for without. Once I have more time to see what else it could do for me I think it would be even better for me Cons There's some multi step tasks I could benefit from but as a start up I'm not currently ready to pay monthly for a couple of zaps a month. Cons With the connecting of different software together, sometimes the setup of what I want to do contains a lot of steps. Zapier was the bridge that helped. Pros The ability to create various integrations with third-party tools. The setup is pretty straight forward, most of the time, and the power this brings is fantastic. Cons It can be a little confusing at times and the support is a bit patchy. It is very cool that there is an app out there for that! Should Save Tins of time on importing from places Quickbooks currently does not. Cons This software is way over my head. We are now able to automate lead generation and remarketing efforts Pros It is great for automating your marketing.. over 700 apps that connect with each other. We are using this in combination of social wifi, coupontools mailchimp and text alerts.. Cons none that i can think of yet. We have not seen any downsides as of yet. Pros I like the ideas behind automating tasks and the integration that exists to do so. It seems that there are so many options, but.... Pros There are so many softwares that can integrate with one another with Zapier. Not only that, but setting up each interaction is simple, and there are many options when it comes to actions you can take and each of their triggers. It is pretty easy to set up integrations and the opportunities are endless. Cons i quite sure i don't use all Zapier's features as, although it is relatively simple to build an integration, if you want advanced features, you'll have to understand a bit more and maybe be more technical. It would be a good idea to map out how different processes in your company work and see if any can be linked via zapier. Pros I was never aware of Zapier until recently but it is an amazing piece of software. It allowed me to make connections between a google sheet and many other of our software platforms. This has allowed us to create rules for when things are updated by others to automatically populate in other areas. It's like magic and extremely helpful. Cons It takes a bit of dedication to read through how to make it all work, but it really is simple with no background in software needed. Pros There were a lot of built-in integrations; the most common ones I use are Notion, Google Forms, and Slack. Cons The free plans are limited, and the starter plan is quite a price jump. Absolutely a must-have in a marketers tool belt. Especially for lead gen companies. Cons Although setup is relatively easy, there still can be some nuance that new users can get stuck on. But overall, the user experience is best in class. But it is not for a user who is not capable of spending on such a piece of software. Pros 1\. The number of app options it provides. 2. The connection options (one-way, two-way) Cons 1\. " May 20, 2021 5.0 Overall, Zapier has been great with empowering our users to create their own cloud workflows without having developers create them. Pros Zapier is like the enterprise IFTT, its great at connecting the cloud services to each other with out having to directly interact with their api and the need to code. Cons Sometimes you are at the mercy of the available feature set for each cloud service within Zapier, so it can be difficult to create more complicated workflows. Review Source AH Andy H. You simply need to get in here and just explore to see if the apps and software you already use all the time is in here. If it is, there is going to be a way for you to automate something and save yourself time. The only thing I don't like is that you can't have multi-step automation flows with a free account. I get the need for them to make money but some things require multiple steps, yet aren't worth the cost of integrating them. But I do love the quick books integrations which is only for paid accounts anyway so it doesn't really matter. Pros It connects all my marketing softwares together and transmits information between them. Without it my ads would not be able to provide me the lead tracking information I need.
