Pros It connects seemingly to most popular apps like slack, fieldd, google, and keep. Its super useful makes life so easy. Without Zapier, we would have no way to automate our website engagements. We are dealing with hundreds of submissions each year, so that saves us so much time. And that is all because of Zapier. Pros My company uses Squarespace for our website and the tracking is very limited. We moved away from Google Suite and there was no way to easily automate form submissions with Microsoft. Zapier helped us to do that. We can fully automate our marketing emails thanks to Zapier connecting our website to Hubspot. It is pretty flexible and offers a lot of features. Also, their updated pricing plan is great and allows much more on the free version. Cons It can be tricky to use at times. Setting up form submissions from Squarespace into Hubspot can be tedious if you are inexperienced. And not being able to use Webhooks without a paid plan is a bit frustrating, but understandable. Without Zapier, I would have to spend multiple hours on Quickbooks, but now I only need a few minutes. Pros It's incredibly easy and quick to create automations and save myself time with Zapier. Whenever we have tools that can communicate with each other, I try to set it up through Zapier as opposed to another program simply to avoid coding. Troubleshooting is super easy as well where you can fix the automation you made and then re-run the issue. Cons The test data feature can be annoying. Zapier doesn't have an easy way to send a specific piece of data through an automation for testing, rather, you're required to import whatever the app provides which can sometimes be old data or unusable for what you're doing. The task automation quotas can also become tight, as each individual task pulls from a monthly usage. Switched from [IFTTT](https://www.capterra.com/p/186695/IFTTT/) I liked the UI of Zapier better and it had more integrations at the time of the switch (2019) Review Source Samuel A. Cons Overall, I’m glad using it but I would only ask them to make it easier to use for the average user, because I had a hard time setting up the Zaps, testing and linking accounts.
