I have used it for a few years now and have very little complaints. Cons There's not too much that I don't like about the software. You do have to be careful that the platforms you are bridging are setup properly, otherwise your information will not deliver but all of this can be tested before running a campaign. On top of all of that, their customer support is honestly the best I've experienced amongst any software I've paid for ever. Cons Cost, but when you consider what they are giving to you for the cost, you quickly realize the justification and it's really not that expensive. You can connect Gmail, Trello, Google Sheets, Google Forms, and a host of other commonly used web apps in order to create automated work streams that save us a lot of time. The software is easy and intuitive to use and does not require any programming skills to use. Cons There is not much I don't like about Zapier. The Teams Plan is a big value add for my clients. Cons I wish LeadPages would have been compatible with Zapier in 2013, glad LeadPages finally got on board with Zap in 2018. Pros Zapier provides a simple UI with the ability to connect to hundreds of different CRMs. Being able to create both triggers and actions provide a way to automate most anything. The ability to use filters and create multiple step integrations make this tool amazing. Cons The only downside for Zapier is the lack of phone support. They provide great email support but none by phone. I will say go through the tool, explore the killing apps and integration and then relax as it will reduce your managing pains. Pros Before 5 years I was always thinking of something like this and then for a couple of years I got to know about this tool and life become so easy, I can automate almost anything, I use it to capture leads, auto-post social media posts, automate updates, reminders and dozens of such things. Cons There are no cons to pop out it is indeed an amazing tool and the hard work of team is worth therefore they made great automation paid. I remember I used this for capturing Facebook leads to my Google Sheets it was so easy to set up everything and check out the free trial, then I ended up with a paid version. Switched from [IFTTT](https://www.capterra.com/p/186695/IFTTT/) IFTT T is cool but it has fewer features and integrations than Zapier, therefore I've started using Zapier. Review Source Jane G. We used Zapier to connect client Facebook campaigns with Mailchimp and an organic dashboard, which was easy to do with Zapier. I do find it to be a bit buggy at times, but it's still a great tool and really can't imagine doing my job without it. Pros I love that Zapier can help connect tools which makes my job a lot easier. Because it integrates easily with so many tools, I can use it for many different things. Cons Zapier can be a bit buggy. Zaps can sometimes break for no apparent reason. And, connecting Zapier across multiple systems can be a bit confusing and tricky. If the Zap isn't created properly, it can create real problems. Biggest App integration library and pre-built workflow customisation options. Zapiers also helps us build complex workflows, approval workflows within our accounting verticle, document management and sometimes lead/client management. Cons Would be a little daunting early on for beginners. Even seemingly distant systems can be connected in some way, including through generic webhooks. This makes data silos and complex reporting much easier. Community-provided zaps also cut down on configuration steps, so that you do not need API experience to create a connection. Cons Zaps can be hard to configure and design if you do not have somewhat intimate knowledge of the tools you are connecting. Most out of the box tools will have easy integrations, but some simply require more dedicated configuration and tinkering. Zapier is also expensive, compared to other potential approaches. If you do not have access to developers or your codebase, however, it cannot be replaced. Review Source CL Chris L. I do, and I'm going way deeper in 2022. But it takes two things to publish on eight or more platforms every day. Time or another employee. Zapier is that employee. Simple to set up software that links your social media accounts using IF/THEN plug and play scenarios turns one post into eight in just a few easy steps. If you are a content creator this is an essential software to help you manage growth and sharing content, and if you are a small business owner I think this is a great way to get started on growing your social media marketing game. Pros Simple, easy to set up and use. Easy to connect accounts with plug and play functions. Cons Could use more social channels to connect, and options for older content. For example, IF you publish a new Youtube video, THEN share to Twitter. (But I'd like to be able to access and re purpose older evergreen content.) Pros What I liked the most is its ability to flexibly and efficiently integrate different web applications, also the interface is easy to use and its configuration is quite simple. The platform has a wide variety of preconfigured applications that can be connected in a few steps. I also like it because it offers a search feature to easily find specific integrations. Cons Although the platform offers a wide range of preconfigured apps, I have encountered some limitations in terms of the availability of specific integrations. " August 27, 2019 5.0 Pros I really like how easy it makes it to connect multiple apps. You can set up triggers and then corresponding actions to those triggers. You can automate so much of your "menial" tasks that it will free up large chunks of time for you. Its compatibility range is very large as well so chances are whatever software you are using already has the ability to work with Zapier. And the few that dont can use Zapiers existing documentation to create Zaps. Generally if you can envision a workflow between two apps, Zapier will most likely be able to help you create it. Cons It is a little complex to set it up for the first time. It might require some trial and error. And if your usage is high enough, you will run out of the "free" option pretty fast. I love the idea. The execution is also much better than at least one other application I've seen, which I appreciate. I think the thing that sets Zapier apart is the customer support. Folks at Zapier are willing to help you learn and do better, and that means a LOT to me. I also really applaud the company for its philosophy and ethos of collaboration, freedom, and openness. Thank you, Zapier, for restoring quite a bit of my faith in tech companies. Pros I love that Zapier can automate all sorts of things that otherwise I have to do manually. It's a really amazing idea, and automation has really founds its place in the spotlight recently. It also integrates with, at this point, basically every application known to man, meaning that every single thing you might want to do is basically possible. Talk about awesome! Cons I will admit that I am not very good at creating zaps. It takes me a lot of time and effort, and I still don't really understand what I am doing most of the time. Thankfully, the customer support is STELLAR and I always get the help I need. Zapier also sends you notes to let you know when you've done something wrong, which is quite nice of them.
