It's a reliable tool for avoiding repetitive tasks. Sometimes, some workflows just minutes to set up. They have a really clean and simple UI/UX that makes things really easy to get going with. The AI helper is a great addition as well. We set up triggers in Missive (like receiving a new email or comment) to initiate actions in other apps, such as creating tasks in project management tools or sending notifications in communication platforms. Pros What I like most about Zapier is the number of apps we can integrate without having any programming knowledge. I've had very specific projects where I have to integrate two or more apps and when I look in Zapier, they already have a way to integrate them, this saves me from having to pay someone to do the integration for me. Cons I would say the prices are a bit high, also, the first time I used it, I had a hard time understanding how it works. Pros Zapier makes it easy to automate tasks for programs and software that wouldn’t normally work together. It’s a lifesaver when working with off the shelf products instead of expensive customised solutions. We currently use Builder Prime and it's played a big role in saving me and my team time. Pros Zapier allows my leads to come in and be automatically added into my CRM system. It takes a lot of time out from inputting data from one place to the other. Cons Zapier sometimes will not categorize the leads properly depending on the lead source. But I think it's less of an issue with Zapier and more of an issue with the lead source being connected correctly.
