I really like that we don't need a developer to create the connections and saves time to do Cons Maybe it's a little complicated to use. The free version doesn't allow to integrations with Facebook Leads Ads. From a general board you can control all the applications with their respective zaps, activate the actions that you require and customize the fields as you want. There is a huge community, so the main applications are in the Zapier options. Any app you're using is probably in Zapier, which makes it a perfect choice for trying out app automation. The templates and suggested pairings also help with jumping into Zapier and discovering all the ways you can use it. Cons You can only set up 5 Zaps (pairs of apps) at once and only run 100 tasks/month for the free account. There are a lot of trial and error needed to make automations work. Pros It is like the "middle man" to connect various APIs and create workflows and automations. Cons Many times, it is difficult for the user to figure out how to "debug" a certain automation. The errors are quite generic and does not help new users to figure out how to fix the automation to make it work. Pros Zapier is a fantastic application that offered all of the functionality we enjoyed with IFTTT, but with much more robust options - including fewer restraints, better API automation, more integrations, etc. While IFTTT is a great application, I would consider Zapier the option worth paying for, and most certainly the enterprise solution of the two. Cons There are an overwhelming number of options, choices, integrations, etc. I don't have any great ideas for how to simplify this, but there are countless opportunities to get more value out of Zapier that are likely lost in the noise.
