Pros Zapier is a great idea. I love that you can sync any app. It's also the most popuplar platform of it's kind so it has the most number of apps integrated into it's ecosystem. Cons Zaps always break or appear to be broken. For example, I have an zap that's been running for months and I get a daily notification of a possible error. When I log in, it appears to be working fine. It takes hours to try to figure out what the issue is. I haven't used other platforms that do the same thing so can't say if that's a problem related to zapier or if it's just an issue with this type of platform. Review Source RF Ritchie F. It's a great tool to save time, i can trust this program to do many tasks for me. The setup process is pretty user friendly, and I appreciated the wide range of app integrations available. Pros I liked how it made automating workflows between different apps so much easier. The way it connects the tools I use daily and also how it streamlines repetitive tasks has saved me a lot of time. Cons I didn't like that some of its more advanced features, like multi-step Zaps or using certain premium apps, were only available with higher-tier plans.
