When I set up the zap, it doesn't deploy. Pros I love how it offers so many integrations between various platforms. Need to connect mailchimp to X? There's a zap for that! Cons Some of the integrations do not work or are outdated so after setting them up it wouldn't work. Customer service is limited if you have a free plan. Zaps are also limited with a free plan. I have used zapier to move clients information to my email platform, bring in facebook ad leads to my platform and to my email platform and send me emails when it completes a zap. I love zapier and will continue to use it for years to come.
