We've achieved nothing. Pros Look and feel is nice and fairly easy to use and setup. Cons Where to begin, that's the problem. Support is answered fairly quickly, but you never get replies from the same person, so it really frustrating having to repeat yourself. The biggest problem is it doesn't work. I'm trying to link QBO & SugarCRM, it says it can do everything I want it to, but it's full of bugs and in reality can do very little. The trouble is you only find out once you've signed up and started paying. I'm now looking for alternatives that work. Review Source TB Thomas B. Pulling data manually would be too cumbersome and time consuming. Pros I use zapier to connect Facebook Lead Generation ads to my CRM. Without Zapier, I would have to check Facebook every hour to download leads and then manually add to my CRM. Obviously this tool is an excellent time-saver. Cons Like most software tools, it can be a little difficult to set up with certain CRMs the first time you use it. Like pulling and pushing data to different apps and tools is so simple and easy. Thanks to the Zapier team for making this happen. Pros The best thing about Zapier is you can create many customized zaps and send data to multiple platforms from a single app. Managing data with Zapier is much easier. Cons I don't see any cons or disadvantages of using Zapier as its a complete solution for all integration problems. Except they might need to add more software and app on their platform which they might already be doing. Cons This was not easy to use, or implement. We have an extremely secure web experience in our company and trying to make Zapier work around some of these securities was impossible. Pros This service is SO easy to use! I am a developer myself and spend a lot of time connecting applications using REST protocols and don't mind doing so, but this makes connecting applications so much easier. You don't even have to know any coding! Fantastic asset to have in my business processes. I recommend this to all of my clients. Pros The service is actually free if you only use a few zaps and don't mind waiting a few hours at some points for the apps to fire off - which makes this the logical use case for myself - who only needs a few connects on non critical business tasks. Interface is great and extremely easy to understand. It guides you along with any zap you are trying to create. Cons There are no cons - however I have to fill this space in so here you go. I also like the fun and informative content they post on their site. Cons Customer Service is more than likely overwhelmed ,because it always takes a while to get a response from them . It has allowed us to link between different systems that otherwise would not be possible. Big time savings are possible, we found it especially useful in creating contacts information from actions in different systems. Cons Sometimes the zap options are not as useful as hoped, the actions are limited and it initially appears that the software will enable the link, but the specific actions you need are not available. Sometimes there were problems with the zaps not triggering too, this was rare, but irritating. As long as this is monitored and the error is reported it is easily fixed. Review Source YC Yofren C. I use it to automate scheduled appointments and collect customer data and send it to my autoresponder. Pros The most impactful thing about Zapier is the wide range of automations you can choose from. No other software can beat Zapier on that. Once you get the hang of it, you can create multiple steps automations and test them before going live. Cons However, their Dashboard is not really intuitive and you can whether get stuck while trying to create a scenario or not really make it work if you don't have a minimum of experience. Pros Really easy to us, you can talk to a real person when you need assistance, they have a great user interface. Cons Don't have any. They can always have more integrations ;-) On occasion, we'll get an error message but customer support is really good.
