Each integration is called a 'zap' and the steps are super user friendly. Cons At first, it takes a second to get the hang of this software, but otherwise I think it's great for anyone! I've set up automatic email replies, slack notifications, follow-ups and database update tasks. Eveyrhitn is done automatically and there is no need for me to step in and manually perform these tasks. 100% Recommended. Cons Only email support. November 19, 2020 5.0 My overall experience has been a delight, this makes your job so much easier. Now when I capture emails through one software, it triggers another software to do what I want it to do with that captured email. Its perfect and genius! Pros I absolutely love Zapier simply for the fact that it allows you to create multiple zaps, which is when you can choose one integration to do something when one other integration does something. You can take 2 options and make them work together without you lifting a finger or doing it manually. It works great with my website.
