Pros The extremely easy user interface that allows me to automate non-value-added tasks is truly amazing. If used to its fullest capabilities you can completely automate a business. The fields can be a little daunting at first, but once you have it set up, you can reach out to a lead in literal seconds after they submit a form. Top notch! Pros It has an absolute library of options to choose from, and the API is click to activate easy for MOST of them. Cons For the few times it DOESN'T just work, it wouldn't be easy for a non-developer to access. While no one expects an API to be super intuitive to non-devs, they have otherwise succeeded, so possibly a connection wizard would help in those specific circumstances. I use it to connect a custom CRM to my email system. It does a pretty good job and it was easy to use for the most part Cons I think they could be cheaper but I think that about any software. Everything is done for you. There are many benefits when using Zapier. First,your teams are freed from repetitive and non-value-added tasks. Second, it is an automated software that works 24/7. Then, you have so many platforms to connect to! Pinterest, Youtube, Facebook, Twitter and many more. Cons The pricing is pretty high. You will have to pay a monthly plan based on "Zaps". The more you have, the more you pay. Then, to connect some accounts it is necessary to use personal identifiers, which is not always practical when operating directly in the customer's account. Pros Zapier is extremely easy to use and very versatile. It allows many web apps to communicate with each other and we have used ot extensively to manage our social media platforms as well as making lists and web based formidableforms. Practically every web app is supported that we have ever needed to integrate. Customer support has been very helpful when needed. Quite intuitive and good instructions. Cons Sometimes its frustrating when you receive a message saying your zap doesnt work and it's not clear how to resolve the issue. I couldn't function without it. From sending landing page leads to my marketing automation tool, to creating notifications via email, I rely on zaps to do a lot of heavy lifting in my business. Zaps are easy to set up, and easy to customize. I will rarely use a marketing tool these days if they don't have a way to integrate with Zapier. It's just that important. The most used integrations for me are Unbounce, ActiveCampaign, Google Sheets, and their native Email Parser tool. It's a fantastic product all around. Pros It works with everything! Pros I love that Zapier allows you to use more than one program to achieve something. It's basically the middleman that communicates with programs/platforms to achieve functionality otherwise probably coded by a developer. Cons My only complaint is sometimes the function I need does not exist, but Zapier can already do a lot so I can't ask for much more. Apart from integration it has set standards across all channels and prevented multiple apps in differing from their code base to make integrations simpler and effective. It has a tiered buying system so you can choose the amount of caps that work best for your business making it a great option for both small and large businesses. Pros I love that this tool allows you to set up custom lead deliver for clients based on the way they operate. Its simple to put leads in a spreadsheet or send directly to email if they prefer that. The software makes it easy to schedule several consecutive steps including follow up emails without any extra work. Cons We had a few issues with maps being turned off when someone unsubscribed from the email pushes and there wasnt a great notification system when this happened. Really does not take much time at all to set up. I'm always skeptical when something that I think is complicated turns out to be super simple, but this is just that - simple. Cons I wish it integrated with ShareASale, but I think that issue lies more on ShareASale than Zapier. I also wish their was a static IP I could use for custom integrations.
