I also use it for several other non-essential tasks that just help out every day. September 22, 2015 5.0 One day I had the idea to send a welcome email to every new applicant on our careers website, with an intention of redirecting them to our social media pages or to our website. I asked the customer care team of Workable(the recruitment software we use) about how can I automate this procedure and that's how I first visited Zapier. It offers some great features but the main competitive advantage in my opinion is that it save tons of hours of your work. You can integrate a huge variety of services or tools you currently use and synchronize your actions through a simple Zap! We still using their free plan but soon enough we will upgrade in order to integrate all our tools through Zapier. It is just great! There are occasional bugs that come up, but overall it's been quite good. It is a great option for when a native integration is not available. We used it with Hubspot, shopify, sendinblue, mailchimp, etc Pros Seemingly endless integration options. Simple drag & drop set-up. If you need to do something on the internet, especially where it involves connecting one service or action to another, Zapier probably has the ability to perform it. Cons The pricing structure. They definitely want some of your money, but the problem is most of the things I'd be willing to use Zapier for I'm not going to pay them specifically to do.
