The workflow management is really good and you can use it for automating certain things for your business etc. It's a decent option if you are looking to use it. Cons Although it's a decent software and gets the job done. There are others who does well in specific niches. And the pricing is also good, but if your are looking for it, just try it's free trial and then decide. Pros Zappier can intergrate any of your apps. And what is the best thing about it - you do not need to code anything to make an integration works. Just fill the firelds and your connections will work smoothly and instantly. Cons ANy changes to a running connections can be tricky. You need to update the sources and fields first. Lots of apps out there integrate with Zapier so that's a plus. Cons The price, definitely the price for the limits. I can't really justify that price when webhook connections are free. And unlike webhooks, which are free and instant, zaps run between 5-15 minutes. If someone in sales books a meeting i can see that on their calendars, helping different applications talk to each other. Pros I like that the tool has API like capabilities, it can help link up tools to your crm and campaign management tools as well. Cons What i don't like about the tool is that sometimes different systems can cause errors or very long delays. It made for seamless integration and we didn't need to involve a developer. Cons There are no cons that I came across! The user experience was created and really easy to set up. Pros I like that we can just set up a "zap" and it just works, no need to know any coding or complicated stuff. Cons It's important to name every connection you have because if not things can get messy. But if you keep everything organized right from the beginning, everything should be good. You can get one software to talk to another software when a particular trigger happens. Pros The software is easy to use, Trigger, Search, and Action you can do almost anything. If there is something that it can't do it's because the third party hasn't added it. I've never had to use their support because there documentation is well written. Pipedrive, intercom, Slack, Google Sheets, and gmail work really well together. Cons I wish it was just a bit cheaper, but I understand the need to charge a price that lets them work with developers. Pros The process and automation options seem nearly endless and the user interface is very friendly. It has allowed us to build a unique set of tools integrating multiple platforms to speedup and automate workflow. The built in apps have proved useful as well. Cons There is a bit of a learning curve and and while the user interface is friendly it can be a tad limiting at times. I hope I can resolve the issues that I am having so that I can take advantage of an expanded Paid plan. Pros I like the idea that I can hopefully automate some of the redundant tasks that I take on over the course of the day. Cons I found it confusing to integrate Trello with Monday as well as Gmail with Monday. I receive error messages with no real explanation as to why the automated task didn't complete. The hefty price jump from Free to Paid isn't easy for me to buy into either. Especially with the issues I'm having with set up.
