After using paid version I found I can use free version with 100 Zaps and some WordPress plugin. For paid version I wish I could save more time with it on administration in order to payoff. Pros I like simple design with step-by-step approach to connect different apps. It is mostly reliable and do whatever is expected. Still best app for connection between third party apps Cons There is no simple protocol to test complex connections. Pros Zapier connects hundreds of different services together automatically. This saves tons of time in organization and data entry. The app list and zaps for each software are pretty extensive and once you get the hang of it, are pretty easy to setup. The price is well worth the results. Cons The first few processes I setup were a bit difficult to figure out how to do what I wanted, but after some help from their support team, I was able to get everything working as needed. They have the most native connections available and the documentation to receive answers for questions or issues the user may experience is incredible. Creating a sequence takes a little as 5 minutes, and can be a 'set-it-and-forget-it' type of setup for many, more simplistic integration. Cons The market is starting to catch up to Zapier. The pricing structure and limited options available for formatting or converting data passed from one app to the other has been a limitation for a while. We now utilize Integromat, which allows you to build much more customizable sequences and doesn't limit the number of apps used. Integromat has horrible documentation, however, and a much more limited app selection. Review Source Bahar A. Pros Really easy to use to set up integrated alerts and other communications through Slack and other sharing software. I am not technically savvy and it only took me a few minutes to set up alerts for my team and the company to share critical information. It also has a robust number of other options and capabilities that we do not take advantage of today, but are on our radar for future use. Cons Only major issue is around pricing. Pros I like that it's pretty simple to set up tracking and to follow how it is going. The integrations are pretty awesome. Cons Sometimes the integrations just shut off without me knowing which makes it frustrating. It's also annoying using a 3rd party for things that should be easier to set up. I don't think I like a tool better than the ingenious Zapier. Cons The fact that it's a bit too dev/highly-tecchy-people targeted. Sometimes I find it difficult to create a Zap without reading a few articles first in order to extract custom data.
