### "Automation is Everything! "

I love using the lead form function on paid Facebook ads, but getting the leads from Facebook's spreadsheet into our lead management system was a pain. I was able to very quickly sync the lead form to our lead management system (through the Facebook to Email function). A time saver that lets our sales people get their job done faster without me being a bottleneck.

Pros

I love the fact that with just a bit of set up, this software takes the time and headache out of doing repetitive, manual tasks.

Cons

There is some software that I would like to be included in Zapier's list of APIs that aren't available.

Overall experience with Zapier is adequate, unhappy with the pricing, but it is easy to use.

Pros

What I like most about Zapier is after you set up Zaps, it's seamless. It successfully automates repetitive tasks which saves our employees times which increases real productivity.

Cons

The pricing. Depending on how many "steps" are in each Zap are counted towards your minimum. If you need Zapier to do alot of Zaps/steps, this can become quite pricey. They changed the pricing schedule within the last year which has weened me away from the product.

Automation of routine tasks. This allows us to save time on tracking them manually while ensuring them we do not miss out on individual action items

Pros

Zapier has made life easier for multiple teams in our organization. We use it to keep a track of all our prospective leads, while setting up automated steps for reaching out to them. We even save a ton of time in manual data entry

Cons

The process to set up rules of automation between two apps are not the easiest to figure out. The pricing could also have been lesser.

It's been okay, but not great. I really want to like it, but feel like I have to adapt my workflow to use the tool and it should be adaptable to my needs.

Pros

This seems like a great way to automate tasks and the integration with Google products seems pretty seamless

Cons

So far, it doesn't seem to do what we need it to and it's too heavily weighted towards use with Google products. I would like this to integrate with the tools my team already uses, not have to use Google Drive and create another step in our processes

Pros

The UI that walks you through setting up a Zap is intuitive and easy, with explanations along each step of the way

Cons

You are limited to a marketplace of prebuilt actions and triggers... And sometimes there isn't much available (or the ones that are won't meet your needs). There's often no way of finding out until you try to set it up ( no tech specs or reviews).

I use it to automate the most boring parts of my job! Amazing!

Pros

Wheels within wheels within wheels. There's always a way to work around whatever it is you want to automate. The fact you can use 3 programs in the same "zap" is pretty mind boggling.

Cons

I wish there were more pre-made scripts. It's time consuming to make your own if you want to do anything vaguely complicated.

It hasn't been positive so far

Pros

I like that it connects all the tech that we use for our business together and workflow that are automated.

Cons

Their customer service is impossible to reach. I have been a customer of Zapier now for over 3 weeks. In that span of time I must have reached out to them over a dozen times and I still haven't received a response. There is no number top contact anyone and the only option is to hire a developer to build the workflow out for you. I think that's terrible business.

Very happy to use Zapier! There are a ton of integrations and places to utilize the program, and it can save a lot of time.

Pros

Zapier is very easy to use and a lot of applications can be connected to it; makes workflow easy for a one woman business!

Cons

Unless you're really knowledgeable with terminology within all the softwares and applications, it can be intimidating to figure out which connects to use, what to put where, and if you did it the most efficient way.

Pros

This is one of the best options to simplify your daily routine! Several apps are available to link together and this is a great tool for small teams and nonprofits

Cons

It's not HIPAA compliant, and some apps are not as robust as others. Paid account offers more options, but the free one is good for a single person use

Pros

In the past I have used Zapier and was quite please with how quickly it worked and how easy it was to set up.

Cons

I am very disappointed in Zapier’s customer service. I have reached out to customer service for help on three separate occasions (three times to submit a contact form on their website and once on Twitter) and have yet to receive any assistance.

Pros

If you are creative this software turns you into an automation machine. If you aren’t creative there are tips and tricks built into the software to guide you along the way. Who wouldn’t want to automate the tasks that are least favorite.

Cons

Yikes it’s really hard to knock Zapier, they make a good product.Like most innovative companies they have a free edition which you can try out, they won’t give you enough but just a good taste of creating what you might have thought is impossible for your business.

Pros

I like how you are able to integrate with the business. For example, I am able to share my video through Vimeo on my business's Patreon.

Cons

It takes a little while to figure everything out. Some of the features are limited in the free version, but I understand that. Other than that no major cons to report so far.
