Pros

We used it for integration with slack to file bugs.The implementation is quick and stable.We use it daily and have not faced any issues so far.Great for automating tasks.

Cons

Nothing really .So far my experience with zapier has been good.No bugs in the product.

I've been using it with many of my clients to help them organize their business processes. Some integrations are better crafted than others but, overall, it helps a lot automating reports, alerts, data flows...

Pros

Zapier allows my team to set up integrations between platforms that would otherwise not be able to integrate with each other. Zapier's integration possibilities are endless and the ability to pass data between different systems is priceless.

Cons

Setting up Zaps and creating different automations and field maps can be a little challenging. Depending on what you're automating, I would recommend having someone technical on your team to enlist help whenever needed.

Zapier has instructions to find what you need in the other programs that you're trying connect to it. For instance, if you're trying to connect Ontraport to PayPal, it tells you where in your settings you can find all the credentials you need to confirm your accounts.

Pros

Huge variety of programs to connect, lots of action options.

Cons

It takes a while to learn how to use it. There are so many options that you have to take a while to consider if you're picking the right actions and connections to do what you're trying to do.

it is so easy to integrate with zapier. Click, click, click and done! It almost has all the integrations one can ask for and that too with well guided steps. Love the software. Recommended for non-tech.

Pros

Zapier is a huge platform that connects other apps to other apps by pushing communication from one to another automatically once you set up the integration or API. This is HUGE as it can save countless hours of manually feeding data or importing data from one platform to another. Plus, it can push data in real time if you are willing to pay more.

Cons

Quite a learning curve if you want to create a custom "Zap", which is what they call their processing to pull data from one app to push to another app.

Can be very confusing but if you hire the right person to install and run your webhooks, you are going to be amazed at what it can do.

Pros

Webhooks are a must for overall businesses, Zapier is the leading software on the market. Great service, and very cool tool that will save you a mountain of time, follow up, and hassle in your business.

Cons

Takes time to learn the platform, the coding, and how to implement webhooks into your business, website, marketing, and over all business strategy and funnels. You will most likely need to outsource or hire someone to install and run your webhooks for you.

I needed a way to send notifications from airtable to email. Airtable doesn't have that feature, so zapier to the rescue! The emails arrived quickly and it solved our need.

Pros

Loved how easy it was to get my Zap going. The guided builder works well. I didn't have much trouble with the setup.

Cons

This might be a quirk of where I work, but it was a con for me where the paid software required IT support to purchase it... meaning I couldn't try some of the more advanced features to knowing they'd work.
