Once set up, it made it super easy for unsubscribed emails to be taken out of our email list. Cons It was kind of confusing to get it set up. It wasn’t something that I knew how to use, so had to get someone else on the team to set up what was needed. It's a great concept. Cons It was really hard for me to set up the particular Zaps that I wanted to use. One involved email, and there was a lot of talking to IT and having them set things up, a lot of waiting, and a lot of confusion about whether or not things were really set up properly. Cons The fact that they charge for each time an action is triggered means that this can't really be used for any serious application, which is really a shame, because I liked this software quite a bit.
