Pros Zapier makes it easy to integrate web applications and connect platforms or Softwares that otherwise could not be connected, essentially creating apis. The integrations worked well and did the job, however there are some limitations when you want to do a more detailed integration. On the whole they have a large range of integrations and it worked no problem. Cons When you want to do more complex integrations, sometimes there aren't the options to do this. Their support documentation is excellent. Pros What Zapier does best is to get different software platforms to talk to each other. There are dozens of supported platforms. I used Zapier to get Pipedrive to interact with ACT! and it works great. Cons Because it is so powerful, Zapier can be hard to use - there are a lot of small details that you have to get perfect in order for your Zap to work right. Love it! Pros We use this to send information from excel files and different programs to our Slack program. It's awesome to be able to pull data from all places and make it easy to find. Cons I have only used the free version of Zapier and have found it great, the paid version seems pretty expensive. In addition the user interface was a little bit annoying and hard to get used to. Whether it's trello with your CRM, or MailChimp with cms. tons of possibilities. out-of-the-box recipes: you don't have to start from scratch when using zapier. the community and zapier itself created already thousands of zaps, that can be used. I find it very helpful to be able to specify every little detail. Zapier, currently, also seems to integrate into more sites/apps than IFTTT. Cons Zapier would be easier to understand if I better understood some of the terms. I wouldn't say this is a con for the site, but for me personally. Pros I loved that it takes a huge messy process and automates it. I use it to make Drip and Close.io work together along with Scheduleonce. This process alone is incredibly valuable. I initially thought this would be a rather difficult task, but once I tried Zapier those thoughts disappeared. Setting up the workflow took a couple of minutes. So simple. Love it. Cons At this time I've only used it for integrations between Webflow and Google Sheets, and that process has been flawless. So it's difficult for me to list any drawbacks at this point. Pros Zapier, nine times out of ten has a solution for making your tech stack work. It's terrific for marrying various softwares and seamlessly joining tasks. Cons It has a little bit of a learning curve, but for how feature-rich and beneficial the software is that can't be helped. Once you've created a few zaps...it's pretty second-nature.
