Pros I had a free trial that I was using to tie our BI decks and this was a free trial in an attempt to tie our systems. Although it didn't work, I can see the functionality if you can get the systems to work correctly. Pros It's really simple to automate work with zapier, just mix some apps and you'll get the final result. It has integration with a lot of platforms so you can "zap" anything you want. Pros Zapier was easy to set up and deploy, the list of integrations is quite expansive, and customer service responded quickly. Cons Cost was prohibitive for what we wanted to use it for. We wanted to try this software as an easier workaround for the Facebook Conversions API. Reason for choosing Zapier It was the only option that would've been a solution for our particular problem. For the price, you pay it really does a lot of the basic functionality we need to connect some 20+ apps that we use. The time that these zaps save is innumerable and the tool continues to add functionality all the time. Pros Zapier allows us to connect critical business tools with relative ease and for an extremely affordable price. It is reliable and has been processing some zaps for 4 years without any breaks! Cons There are times that the zaps available are limited and as a result completely useless for connecting certain tools. I had one set up for ConvertKit so I could have customers who purchase a program automatically added to my email list, but it just never worked no matter how much help I tried to get from support.
