Pros: Cirrus is the best integration between Gmail and Salesforce that I have found - bar none. If that is what you need more than anything - then this product will fit that perfectly. It allows all emails to auto sync to the correct salesforce account/contact. The sidebar is useful to quick note taking within the client's profile, as well as looking up previous outreach efforts or existing business. It's very easy to setup and can be a big help for a sales team. Additionally, the meeting setup is the best I have seen and very simple to use (integrates into your google calendar as well)

Cons: Some key features like templates are extremely lacking - to the point that I needed additional tools to supplement Cirrus's weak areas. The templates can only be those within salesforce, and the populated values in the templates can only be values stored in salesforce - which can very much limit the usability. Additionally, open-email tracking doesn't seem to be the most reliable compared to other similar products.

Pros: The best thing about Cirrus is how you can have the software remind you of particular emails down the line.

I used this feature every day to make sure I can remain adequately organized.

Cons: In my experience, Cirrus has never been able to log inbound emails into Salesforce. Because of this, you always feel as if you're missing a part of the conversation.

This may simply be standard in this industry segment, but it would be much more convenient to have a unique task for every outbound AND inbound email.

Overall: It logged all of my outbound emails to Salesforce, tracked my email opens, provided analytics on the email opens/clicks/replies, as well as offered great functionality to stay on top of your work like "Send Later" or "Remind Me Later".

Pros: It is easy to use and they are updating and adding features often to stay competitive with Salesforce Inbox. We decided not to switch to SF Inbox because we have had such a positive experience with Cirrus plus Cirrus costs less!

Cons: We have had little to no issues with Cirrus and when we do have an issue, the resolution is always simple: go to the download page & redownload the application which has always fixed every issue we have had. Nothing else negative comes to mind!

Overall: It allows for us to easily log emails into SF plus create follow up tasks. The best feature is the "send later" so you can type emails as you're working but send them at a future time!

Pros: Cirrus Insight allows you to seamlessly connect your Gmail and your Salesforce together, allowing you to integrate all of the crm information of your client while you're working at the comfort of your email inbox. It's as if both programs merged into one!

Cons: If I'm really, really picky about it, I'd love to have integrations like these with other CRM software besides Salesforce, but in general, Tha add on will save your time

Overall: You nearly double your efficiency in client reach out simply by not having to go back and forth between your email and your Salesforce. The added value this sky rocketing extension brings to your team is simply baffling

Pros: The ability to update Salesforce leads, opportunities and events from gmail. Also the built in calendar function and meeting scheduling is seamless across Gmail and Salesforce. Eliminates double entry in the crm , calendar meetings and your daily email communications. Saves time and provides real-time opens and reads on the mobile interface. The new Flight Plans option allows for sales automation and cadence set up for sequence follow ups and lead and prospect nurture. Very strong for any salesrep to set up their own cadences as well as group cadences defined by Sales Leadership. Deep functionality for affordable user pricing. If your moving into sales automation it is a must have for reps to save time and manage productivity. The ability to add leads and prospects to Flight Plan (Cadence) or remove is extremely easy for anyone to take advantage of.

Overall: Seamless integration to Gmail, Salesforce and Meeting Requests for Calendar invites. Pros: Ease of use, UI, and streamlined ability to update records and activity in Salesforce

Overall: As a season sales leader, the Cirrus Insight tool provides my team considerable ROI in keeping them within their Inbox and streamlining Salesforce updates. Gone are the days of spending an hour at the end of your day to log all of your sales activity and opportunity updates. The accuracy of my reports, pipelines, and forecasts have all drastically increased as a result of the Cirrus tool. When transitioning accounts, a sales rep can very easily view detailed notes and account activity captured by the CIrrus tool to seamlessly maintain account/sales momentum.

Pros: Easy to set up and sync with SFDC ; Meeting builder feature is very nifty ; side bar in Outlook has a ton of information and cuts down the need to go back and forth between Outlook and SFDC for sales related information

Cons: UI is not intuitive ; it's not obvious what steps you need to take to add an e-mail, though once you do it a few times it's pretty straightforward. Templates are really nifty, but don't seem to work correctly when working with SFDC specific fields.

Pros: Cirrus Insight made it very easy for our reps to log their emails as activities in SalesForce. The read receipts and tracking also helped them follow up on emails that were never answered.

Cons: The integration with SalesForce often broke. I really wish it was more reliable.

Overall: Overall, I'd highly recommend Cirrus Insight to any sales team that want to streamline their activity logging processes and to folks that want a "mini Salesforce" inside their gmail instance.

Pros: The ability to see data on specific candidates that are in JobScience inside of OWA is great. It gives us an idea of what type of relationsship we may have with client and/or candidate as well as how we have reached out to them. We also use it to import CVs of candidates which has worked very well for us.

Cons: We have had some issues with mapping CVs to candidate records, but other than that, it has been a great product

It's a worth while email tracking software that can be utilized for sales and service teams.

Pros: I like that it is very easy to sync with Salesforce CRM. I can even create new contacts or accounts from my Gmail through Cirrus.

Cons: Sometimes, I notice that Cirrus does not accurately track opens on emails i send out. I also have to manually click a button to make sure an email thread is properly added to the appropriate contact/account record in Salesforce.

Overall: Email tracking, syncs email activities to Salesforce, schedule follow up reminders.

Pros: Obviously this is a perfect compliment to your Salesforce CRM. You can do so much right from your inbox without even having to log in to Salesforce. Track email opens, create and update records, and use the scheduling feature to save a ton of time!

Pros: The integration with Salesforce in theory should make this such a time saver. No more manual data entry of contacts or of emails received/sent as Activities in Salesforce. Fairly intuitive to use.

Cons: There were some bugs with some of the custom aspects of our Salesforce instance. That's fine. But I was on a trial and was ready to sign on for the service b/c it seemed so promising, but the customer service to try to resolve the bugs was surprisingly bad. I don't know if they were just stumped or what, but I followed up several times to try to get a sense of their progress, and they just never replied. They had been friendly at first, but perhaps the problem was bigger than they felt our business was worth, so they never followed up. It bummed me out not to be able to continue with them, but if they don't put on their best show of customer support before I'm even a customer, I couldn't trust they'd do their best when I was.

Pros: The biggest thing I like about the software is how easy it integrates with Gmail. The tracking features are easy to tailor towards what you are trying to accomplish through emails. It takes up very little space within the gmail window, which for me is aesthetically pleasing.

Cons: The thing I like least about the software is the location of where the features lie within a new email. For someone like me who emails constantly throughout the day, there are times where I will accidentally click a feature I did not intend to. Very minor detail.

Pros: Having any type of email communication tool is always beneficial and even preferred over traditional prospecting efforts. Cirrus gives you the ability to easily import reports directly from Salesforce which is very nice. Being able to share templates across entire teams has proven beneficial when it comes to our team working together and collaborating on ideas.

Cons: Coming from being a Clearslide user I find the interface with Salesforce to be a little clunky. I see they are trying to make them seamless and easier to navigate between, but I think they are simply missing the mark. I preferred the reporting and interface of Clearslide much more.

Overall: From what I have gathered Cirrus is a pretty competitively prices solution. With that being said I might splurge for a little more robust of a tool with more intuitive reporting if I were implementing a tool for my sales team.

Pros: We use it for email tracking , scheduling meetings, follow up and links to salesforce. You can track emails and see how many times they are opened, including the attachments. Our team relies on cirrus.

Cons: nothing really that I don't like except you always have to make sure it's linked with your email

Comments: I use it for one main function, to load emails in Salesforce. While I thought templates could be really interesting, everytime I've used it it's been a bit clunky. Pros: This seemed like a pretty simple and intuitive tool to log calls and to utilize on email campaigns. It seemed to do the job at the time. I actually like it better than Salesforce IQ but I think it's because the company chose to switch up before I fully got to realize the potential.

Cons: It seemed a little bit clunky and integrating with Salesforce. I don't think it had the best template function built-in and there seem to still have to be a lot of manual resolution of daily tasks that should be automatically completed.

Cons: Very difficult to use, flight paths malfunction frequently, can't view templates alone, have to compose an email to edit any templates.

Comments: Being an IT Administrator, I'm constantly looking at different ways to help my users gain productivity and integration with our other services. As a nonprofit, the price for this app cannot be beat. The ability to be able to have Cirrus Insight right inside the Gmail interface has not only increased productivity, but has taken less time to train people on how to track emails and attach to different records within Salesforce. I've given this service 4/5 because though it is a great app, it still has plenty of room to grow and improve. If I could, I would give this app 4.5/5. The communication between Cirrus and myself has always been prompt and forthcoming of solutions. Their suggestion forum and feature request is taken with great seriousness and is key to their success. I already have 95% of my Salesforce users using this application, and will soon have 100%. I look forward to the developments that Cirrus brings out in the coming months/years. I am quite satisfied with this app and will use it for as long as Salesforce is around.

Pros: Cirrus Insights gives my team a more human touch when we interact with customers. It allows us to see emails exchanged between customers and other departments within our company so we have a good starting place for the conversation. It also collects the subject matter of the email so we have an idea of their interests.

Cons: The only current drawback to this software is that you cannot send a whole email chain to salesforce, you have to log one email at a time.

Comments: Cirrus is fantastic and has cut my time logging meeting, conversation, and task updates in half. The plug-in is easy to install and intuitive to understand. I love the easy Add to Salesforce button - and that you can tag emails to certain contacts within accounts, or to certain meetings/opportunities (sales goals). Sometimes if colleagues forward me email chains, and I don't know who 3rd parties are, their emails and accounts pop up in Cirrus for a quick frame of reference and links to additional background - awesome! Only complaint is that the new Cirrus patch makes contacts popup in Cirrus every time you are composing a new mail and/or open a new mail. I don't love having to click the close icon every time, but I'm assuming they will fix this! Cheers, A Happy Cirrus User

Pros: It allows you to track your email views and allows you to send emails to large groups of potential customers.

Cons: It took a little while to completely sync with my email to get my salesforce and google calendar together.

Pros: It allows you to load templates quickly, send them out fast as well. It is great if you have a lot of people to communicate with to help save time.

Cons: The templates do not load quickly or sometimes will populate incorrectly and the data is incorrect. That means you have to go back and manually correct the information, which defeats the purpose.

Cons: One of the things that I don't like about the is that it changes the view with the Gmail account. But once you get acostumed to the different view it is easy to use.

Comments: I have been using Salesforce for about a year and a half and Cirrus for a year. I think that this last tool complements very well what I do in g-mail and Salesforce. Cirrus makes it easy (just one click) to relate your e-mails to your Salesforce contacts and accounts and to see if one g-mail contact exists in Salesforce. The only thing I would like them to continue improving is how all their tools show themselves in the g-mail screen. Sometimes it is difficult to manage the multiple scroll bars that appear; also the contact creator for Salesforce that appears in g-mail does not show properly. Therefore, I think that Cirrus can be perfected and they have already improved a lot and I am sure they will continue to do so.

Comments: Cirrus Insight makes emailing people faster, more efficient, and more expeditious. I love being able to add a lead to Salesforce right from an email and track all email communication using Cirrus Insight. I frequently schedule meetings using the calendar sync feature which looks professional for the recipient and is less work on my end scheduling and drafting up meeting times!

Comments: I have been using Cirrus Insights for about 5 months and really enjoy the overall ease of the program. The primary use is to take emails of prospective customers and integrate it into SalesForce which takes much less time than entering the information into SalesForce manually. I've also lately utilized the new calendar invite tool which sends an email to a contact showing the available times for a meeting and the individual can simply click the time that works for them and the meeting is created.

Pros: The ease of use of the program and the calendar invitation tool are the highlights They keep rolling out new functionality on a regular basis.

Cons: No issues to date, they are very responsive when I have questions or if functionality isn't working appropriately

Comments: Using Cirrus has saved me enormous amounts of time for logging emails against my contacts, accounts, and opportunities. Its fairly user-friendly interface lets me log correspondence instantaneously so that I don't forget about logging emails. There are still some quirks, though: when I have multiple gmail accounts open, the app sometimes gets confused about which account to attach to. I don't always see the option to log an email - sometimes I need to close my email or log out of Cirrus and open it up again. Despite some of the bugs, the advantages are overwhelming!

Comments: I find Cirrus Insight to be quite useful in managing my work and tracking correspondence for various projects. It's a relatively small number of clicks to ensure that my emails are tagged to the correct projects in Salesforce, and thus makes my life much easier in terms of managing work. If I could change anything it would be expanding the Add functionality; currently you have the option to tag a contact and then one more level (account, project, etc), but adding a few more drop downs to allow for additional tags would be really helpful.

Generally all-inclusive email analytics software. Somewhat roundabout UI but good overall

Pros: I liked how granular the analytics reporting is from a very early stage. It's easy to navigate quickly between intervals to show different growth.

Cons: Creating campaigns can be a little roundabout when adding users and synching the emails with Salesforce. Overall it is a good product but could stand to be a little more intuitive.

Comments: I cannot tell you how annoying it was to submit emails to Salesforce and then have to go in individually to attach it to an object. TERRIBLE waste of time. Thanks to Cirrus I can easily submit. Now we have to take care in our naming conventions for custom objects so I can know what one to attach it to. Maybe Cirrus can add more than one field to display when searching?

Pros: All features you can imagine to aplly to gmail cirrus insight do, you do not need any more software.

Cons: But maybe do too things! the gmail dashboard is filled and possessed by cirrus. And maybe generate a confused with too big features software.
