We've had great customer support and found it very easy to use over the years. It's a plug and play product that keeps Salesforce up to date and allows us to easily make changes right from email.

Pros

This product helps us sync seamlessly to Salesforce. The ability to create email templates and access them immediately from Gmail also has made this product a win for us. We've been customers for many years and haven't found a more suitable product for all the things we need.

Cons

The product is better suited to Gmail users.

We've used Cirrus Insight at our company for many years and we really couldn't do our jobs without it. The team at CI is innovative, responsive to client needs and keeps getting better with time. We absolutely love it.

Pros

CI seamlessly interfaces with Salesforce, allowing us to view client information and history right from our email sidebar. It automatically records meetings, tasks and email communication, allowing us to do our jobs faster and more efficiently. The support team is also amazing and readily available for any issue or question.

Cons

Sometimes it documents too much, causing more data storage in Salesforce.

We can track subscriber activity inside email campaigns thanks to this handy tool. Having better synchronization with my customers and a solid plan for my email marketing services has made me very happy. Users get access to in-depth statistics and data on the platform, making evaluating marketing and sales performance easier. This allows for deliberation based on solid evidence. This application has my highest recommendation for its extensive client and event monitoring.

Pros

The application is used for effective customer management since it synchronizes with Salesforce to make it easy to include campaign goals. It can be used quickly and easily because of its intuitive design, getting this kind of help is easy, and the open lines of contact with higher-ups are a huge plus. Thanks to this product's use, our sales and customer-relationship management operations have been more streamlined. Our company's productivity has increased, and our relationships with current and potential customers have strengthened thanks to our successful efforts to integrate internal processes.

Cons

Several fundamental features of Cirrus Insight may benefit from frequent updates to enhance essential tools; however, these improvements are rarely released.

never liked it but it was functional before they were bought out

Cons

use to have to log in daily to make sure it was even active- now that doesn't seem to be an issue but will not synch my salesforce calendar to google calendar & after a full month of back and forth with tech support they have come up with NOTHING-- I canceled

Pros

Having the link between Gmail and Salesforce is great! Not having to save emails and contacts, easy peasy

Cons

Sometimes Cirrus glitch in my Gmail. Despite being connected on Salesforce, it seems it's not and half of my email page is Cirrus trying to reconnect. Annoying.

We were happy customers with the old version of cirrus insight but the significant downgrade in features, stability and functionality of the new version leaves a lot to be desired. Simple things we liked in the old version are gone such as a little green button in the inbox next to an email address when they were synced in salesforce through to the ability to remind us if someone has not opened an email after a set period of time after sending. All these functionality plus a lot more are now gone.

Pros

The old cirrus insight was great, we could track emails, set reminders and had salesforce CRM integration. But now that it's unsupported, it's slow and unusable in normal business application

Cons

They stopped supporting the old Cirrus Insight and released a new version which took away many of the features that made Cirrus good. There is no email and workflow tracking ability and the UI is buggy (frequently blocks us out saying our valid subscription has expired).

Pros

The basic feature of logging emails into a Salesforce CRM is functional.

Cons

My team uses this software and at any given time, it’s not working for at least one of us. Ever since they upgraded their app, it hasn’t worked hardly at all. I like the idea of Cirrus, but it’s a pain, with no native nudges to remind users, lots of overzealous email logging, and very little training and troubleshooting available.
