Comments: We've been using intercloud9 for years both their predictive dialer and voice broadcasting auto dialers. There service is great and the products are easy to use and understand. The only cons I guess would be that there phone support ends after 7pm but they still have 24/7 email support and a online knowledge base. But we never make calls after 7pm anyways since that's to late to call so its never been an issue.
