They do not reimburse. Please be careful if they say so. Pros I was not provided what was discussed in the initial meetings. Hence, there was nothing to liked about. Cons Though they mentioned that a lot of samples are available to create the email for bulk marketing. There was nothing in the portal infact they were giving the excuses and trying to provide other stupid options. I have only used it in the context of small medium business and its the perfect marketing tool for them and easy on the pocket. In fact with a few feature additions they could eliminate the need for a CRM system. Pros Nice web tracking features. All essentials are available for lead acquisition and customer engagement. Good integration with Wordpress. Affordable. Cons There could be more templates for emails and landing pages. They could also add a feature on viewing reports and info at a Account level because in the context of B2B sales and marketing there are multiple conversation happening within the same account.
