The product is excellent, intuitive, and perfectly aligned with our operational needs. Pros The Design’n Buy staff proved to be extremely competent, helpful, and highly professional. They supported us at every stage, responding with precision and promptness to all our requests, including the more specific ones related to adapting the configurator to our workflow and the software we use daily. We are truly satisfied with the collaboration: impeccable service and a team that puts the customer first. Highly recommended! Cons At the moment, I haven't noticed any negative aspects to report. Everything has worked as expected and I haven’t had any reason to complain, but I will continue to monitor the experience over time to evaluate every detail. They were able to help with customizations to make our offering very distinct. Also, the Support team has been amazing in helping us to address questions and to adjust our site to help us reach our goals. Support has exceeded my expectations and I am very grateful for their assistance! Cons There is a steep learning curve, but I attribute that to how comprehensive their software solution is and the customization that we required. But the Support team is there to help along the way. Pros Most times when you work with business sell you a software they don't take time to feel like a partner and not just a customer. Design N buy team were patient and allow us to take time with our prod cut integration. Cons The only cons is some of the functionally we saw as essential had to be paid for as add on customization .Even with those frustrations their team always provided a solution and discounting to make sure both sides were happy. Wish we had been warned because we were so excited about finally finding a software that we thought could meet our unique needs. Forget unique- we were not even able to get our basic website needs met. Once they have your check, they are happy to just pass you around enough until you just give up. Don't worry though- they will follow up when it's time to renew your subscription! Pros We liked their concepts and demos. Were very excited to get started. Cons From the beginning, the communication was poor and you will never be able to contact anyone directly. Just a support ticket (that will get closed if you don't respond quick enough). Lot's of back and forth with little progress. Then one day they just present you with a website that has nothing to do with what you discussed or needed. And tell you to watch the videos to make it look how you want to look and figure it out on your own. Reasons for choosing DesignNBuy Because of their customizable options and able to meet our unique product and website needs. We paid extra for these add-ons. Much later, when explaining the website was nothing like we had asked; there were no consultations before it was provided to us; support mocked us when we said we didn't know how to make changes (and basically attempt to redesign the entire website on our own); lots and lots of emails with no progress. They will definitely blame the customer when it doesn't work out and no responsibility will be accepted by DNB when you are dissatisfied and pretty much can go kick rocks.
