Wish we had been warned because we were so excited about finally finding a software that we thought could meet our unique needs. Forget unique- we were not even able to get our basic website needs met. Once they have your check, they are happy to just pass you around enough until you just give up. Don't worry though- they will follow up when it's time to renew your subscription! Pros We liked their concepts and demos. Were very excited to get started. Cons From the beginning, the communication was poor and you will never be able to contact anyone directly. Just a support ticket (that will get closed if you don't respond quick enough). Lot's of back and forth with little progress. Then one day they just present you with a website that has nothing to do with what you discussed or needed. And tell you to watch the videos to make it look how you want to look and figure it out on your own. Reason for choosing DesignNBuy Because of their customizable options and able to meet our unique product and website needs. We paid extra for these add-ons. Much later, when explaining the website was nothing like we had asked; there were no consultations before it was provided to us; support mocked us when we said we didn't know how to make changes (and basically attempt to redesign the entire website on our own); lots and lots of emails with no progress. They will definitely blame the customer when it doesn't work out and no responsibility will be accepted by DNB when you are dissatisfied and pretty much can go kick rocks. I had a bad setback and this new team took care of my concerns and always made sure that I could easily reach out to them when needed. Pros We signed up for the AIOD a few years back. Initially, I would say it was tough to understand these people. Some time I was banging my head where I had moved. Gradually, I experienced improvements in this company. Language was a very big challenge in the initial days. It's been more than 3 years since we have been using this software. Though we are at license. Doing our business in Africa. For the last year, I saw a lot of improvements in the team. I don't know what happened but I am happier than before with the team. On-time resolution, no delay follows up. The customer team is at par and they don't leave you. The new team makes sure your work is completed and takes feedback after the ticket is closed. Their new initiatives are customer-centric. I referred two of my business mates and guess what they got the work completed in 2 weeks only. I am jealous. The customer team does not even listen to you, they understand, talk, and find a solution. Now, I see a long way for this team. Miles to go. Really Happy with the Designnbuy team. The technology we are providing is cutting edge and robust that has been appreciated by thousands of our clients for more than a decade and recently our product is awarded as best product 2022 in printunited 2022. Project was delivered on time and all issues were taken care by support team within SLA. There were couple of tickets related to additional requirement which were out of agreed scope and communicated to client. As our main motto is customer success, still we are ready to work with client to deliver what he envisioned before he came to DNB. What all we need is client cooperation and trust.
