We outgrew their platform, but for smaller businesses it is ok. Pros It was relatively easy to maintain. Once the learning curve of how to do back-end stuff was reached, then system maintenance was a breeze. However, the learning curve was steep. Cons Lack of scalability, lack of compatibility to other software, lack of API integration tools. Server based, not web based. Pros It gets the job done and gives you the features you need to run your business from inventory to sales, building orders, etc. Cons The learning curve is brutal. The system is built on DOS and training new people is long and tedious. It's not intuitive and has so many quirks. A rule for one screen is different in another. Information from Inventory, Sales, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable & Payroll is directed automatically to the General Ledger without time consuming entries. It's helped us manage control of our inventory and productivity. It allows us many options for payroll, salaries, hourly, commissions figured on a variety of scales. The ability to write reports yourself and pull the information you need into the format you want is invaluable. Cons While they are in the process of becoming more of a windows looking environment, much of the system is not. It's difficult when training new employees. The inability to run the system efficiently in a mobile setting can be problematic in some circumstances.
